Take a deep breath and experience cinematic sunrises on the spacious terrace facing east/southeast. With a view of the expansive canal intersection and the pool, early risers are greeted by breathtaking colors over the water and palm fronds rustling in the wind.
Comfortable sun loungers as well as a cozy lounge invite you to relax and enjoy the sun on this wonderful spot of earth until late in the afternoon. With a final glass after a sociable barbecue evening, you can let the day end in a relaxed way. Immerse yourself in the heated pool, which operates with a skin- and hair-friendly saltwater system. The pool has LED lighting, which you can set in different colors according to your mood. Numerous pool toys are available.
The open, fully furnished, and very well-equipped kitchen-living room meets the highest modern standards. With a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, you can conjure up the perfect coffee for sunrise. Powerful Wi-Fi and German-language as well as international TV programs are freely available via Internet TV. Apple TV and a DVD player are also provided.
Villa Blue Lagoon has four tastefully furnished bedrooms (two of them with TV) with eight sleeping accommodations. It is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups of friends. The master bedroom and the first guest room offer direct pool access and an overwhelming water view. The house has two bathrooms with shower/WC.
For exploring the extensive surroundings, two kayaks with life jackets are available to you. Use is free of charge and at your own risk.
If you want to maintain or improve your training status during your vacation, fitness enthusiasts can use the in-house garage gym for a short workout in between. This features various ergometers (Concept2 Rower, Concept2 Bike, Air Bike), a pull-up rig, yoga mat, and a medicine ball for a great full-body workout.
You are not far from several hotspots. The beautiful Cape Harbour with many restaurants and cafés is less than a five-minute drive from your holiday residence. Good shopping options and other popular restaurants are also very easy to reach. A friendly German-speaking property management is always at your disposal. The house is a non-smoking house; out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats available for selection can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Wow - I wish I could move in forever!
This was the classic Florida house of my dreams. Beautiful water view, pool, spacious, quiet, safe, and well equipped! The house comes with a ton of amenities, like glass grill, pool towels, beaches chairs and more! We "worked from home" during the week so we appreciated the strong wifi. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at the Blue Lagoon Villa
Blue Lagoon Villa is really wonderful. Communication with host was clear, fast and reliable. Its perfect for a family get together as it has space and the house is very comfy. House has everything for you to sit down and relax, kitchen is equipped, grill is outside and works perfectly and the pool area is the best! You can sit in the Lanai for hours and watch the canal, sunrises, sunsets, etc. Its very peaceful. Location is great too, 2 mins away from Publix, Gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, etc, so pretty close to everything you may need. The house has everything you need to cook, relax, read, pool, kayaks, etc. You can drive to the beaches (Ft Myers, Bonita, Sanibel, Captiva, etc) so you have a lot of options to choose. Its a perfect getaway! Would definitely recommend.

Best view in town
We were able to stay at Villa Blue Lagoon over the 4th of July. It was so cozy to watch the fireworks over the water from the pool deck! And on the day we left, two manatees swam right past! Our family felt very comfortable! The house is bright and modern, very stylishly furnished - nothing is missing! If you enjoy watching the sunrise with a cappuccino in the morning, you have found a beautiful spot here.

Villa Blue Lagoon
Great rental experience. The property is well-maintained. The operator is experienced. Everything in the house is in good shape. However if you are renting a boat it takes about 40 minutes to get out of the canal.
