Detached villa sunny. The house meets the latest building standards, it is well insulated, and also in spring and autumn and even in winter, very comfortable.
Through the hall you enter the spacious living room (45 m2) with kitchen (12 m2). Lots of windows, so you feel connected to the outside world, and several doors. Garden Modern decor. The dining area offers a spacious table with seating for guests. In the lounge area has comfortable chairs, a spacious and comfortable sofa. The Villa has 4 bedrooms (2 masterbedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds). All beds are comfortable. All rooms have private eevn pool. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower and separate luxurious bathroom is (for 2 people), two sinks and toilets. The ground floor has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet in a separate room. The entire house has a floor Bolidt, a very comfortable surface. Quiet on land of 540 m2. The house has a large enclosed garden (with several terraces and a large lawn). Garden table and chairs.

Great house near the beach and in a quiet location
As a group of 6 people (including 1 child), we have now stayed in this holiday home for the second time. The equipment is great, everything you need is available. The fully fenced garden is great for children to play in, and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable! We were very satisfied again and had a lovely holiday week. Suggestions for Improvement/Comments:
- It would be great to have an outdoor doormat from the garden into the house to prevent it from getting dirty quickly inside.
- A cart (we brought our own now).
- There is a lack of covered seating in the outdoor area in case of light rain (we brought a pavilion during that time).
- The light in the lower bathroom does not provide much illumination, especially when standing in front of the mirror.

Very suitable house for families with children
The house and garden are attractively designed and furnished, with the play equipment thoughtfully placed, so I was able to spend a relaxing holiday with my grandchildren. The location of the house certainly contributed to this, as the children could quickly walk to the beach on their own and ride their bikes to buy bread rolls.

All great, want to book the house again next year.
We were a group of 6 people (including a senior and a teenager) and thoroughly enjoyed the week in the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped (including a gas stove with 6 cooking spots, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine). The bedrooms (all upstairs) are small but sufficient. Shower and toilets were also fine. From the house, you can reach Renesse in about 15 minutes (approximately 1.4 km) and the beach in less than 10 minutes, the location of the house couldn't be better. The weather unfortunately did not cooperate during our week, so we could not make full use of the terrace and garden. However, everything is as described. Overall, we were very satisfied and will try to book the house again during the next Easter holidays. BHVK Leisure was also no problem, the office was easy to find, and the key handover went completely smoothly and quickly. From our perspective, there were only a few minor comments: The chairs at the dining table are made of plastic, not the sturdiest, and therefore somewhat problematic for heavier people. We used the armchairs instead. The TV was small and an older model without a media player, and the only German channels available were ARD, ZDF, and WDR3. But we didn't come to Renesse on vacation to watch TV.
