The villa consists of two wings; upon entering you are in the large bright hallway which gives access to a separate toilet with fountain, bathroom with walk in shower and 2 bedrooms.
Then you enter the large kitchen which is equipped with all luxury. Also located in this same space is the living / sitting area where you can relax with a glass of wine by the fireplace and enjoy the panoramic views through the fully glazed facade.
After this room you enter the second wing which has a separate toilet, bathroom with bath (possibility of a shower in the bath) and two bedrooms. Also this wing provides access to the garage, here you can store your bikes (possibility to charge electric bikes) and here is also the washing machine.

Top house in a great area!
We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is fully equipped with everything you need.
Spacious garden, perfect location near the beach/village.
A super welcoming and very nice little touches that made everyone feel welcome right away. This immediately gives you the holiday feeling. Communication is also very pleasant and fast. If there is anything, it is resolved immediately. Everything is done to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.
In short, a wonderful holiday and a wealth of memories! Absolutely recommended! The cottage is located in a beautiful area. The house is very cozy and charming. The view is incredible. The facilities are excellent, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay!

Beautiful spacious house in prime location.
Enjoyed this beautiful, cozy house. Nicely finished and equipped with all comforts.
Location close to the beach. Also has a spacious garden and is in a beautiful area.
The house was tidy and clean upon arrival with beds made. Felt like a warm welcome right away.
Our group of 6 adults and a baby had more than enough space.

100% recommendable!
The house is very tastefully and high-quality equipped. The garden is also very well laid out with many spaces and opportunities to stay. We were there with two families of four and had a wonderful week. The children could play a lot in the garden and the way to the beach is short. There are even bicycles, wagons, and beach toys. A top holiday home.

Super deluxe accommodation for a great time!
Villa de Vrijbuiter was recommended to us by friends who visited 2 years ago, and we have not regretted booking for a second. It is a beautiful house with a spacious garden, very child-friendly and fully equipped, inside and out. Nearly every day, deer would come into the garden to say good morning. We had a wonderful and loving week there with our children and 2 grandchildren, creating delightful memories that we look back on with joy. Worth repeating! Amazing place, great atmosphere.

Wonderfully relaxing holidays
A great house in an unbeatable location!
We really enjoyed the week with our children. The morning deer observations in the garden were definitely a highlight. The shared barbecue evenings were also great! The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords are very nice and helpful with questions! We will definitely come back!!!

I can absolutely recommend the holiday house.
We were 3 families:
6 adults
2 babies
2 toddlers
Everything was great.
Cots were available, playground with a trampoline for the toddlers, everything easily reachable by bike.

Super beautiful and stylish villa.
Upon arrival, the window cleaner was just finishing cleaning the windows that overlook the beautiful garden.
The presentation of the kitchen linen upon entering indicated that we were dealing with people who have an eye for detail and good taste.
Delicious bottle of wine was ready.
The location of the villa was excellent. 400 meters away from a quiet dune entrance. During the week, full gas bottles were delivered for the existing terrace heating. Fortunately, it was not needed due to the good weather. In short, a stay in a villa where you immediately feel at home and can relax wonderfully.

Heerlijke vakantievilla
In August 2020, we spent a wonderful holiday week at Villa Vrijbuiter. It is a holiday home with lots of possibilities, excellent sanitation, outstanding beds, well-equipped. Very convenient that there is plenty of cutlery, glasses, and plates. The house is also very suitable for (small) children. For example, there is a handcart and three children's bicycles. Furthermore, the adventurous garden around the villa is child-friendly for small children, with a trampoline, swings, and a treehouse with a slide. They can also play on the lawn. The property is closed off from the road by a gate. The peaceful beach access is a little over a 5-minute walk away. The house is fully and modernly furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. In case of bad weather, it is also possible to dine outside under a canopy with 10 people at a long table. We highly recommend Villa Vrijbuiter as a holiday home for your stay in Bredene, just 400 m from the beach.

Geweldige huis aan zee
We have been able to enjoy Villa Vrijbuiter for two weeks. The location is fantastic (situated between the center of Renesse and the sea). Particularly, the spacious layout of the house with various terraces and a beautiful garden appealed to us. The furnishings are complete, modern, cozy, and luxurious. Nothing hinders you from enjoying your holiday both indoors and outdoors.

Super!!!
The house is perfect for families with children. There were 4 adults and 4 children and had enough space. The rooms are quite large as well as the living area, no one got in each other's way. The garden was a dream for young and old alike. Also, the contact/service with the landlord was 100% satisfactory. We will definitely rent this house again.

Simply a beautiful and delightful house. Everything was truly more than fine. We, three adults and four young children, enjoyed it. Inside spacious and clean. Very tastefully and peacefully decorated, no cliché elements. Completely renovated (if not rebuilt) using high-quality materials. Outside, a lovely garden with a trampoline, climbing hut, and swing. Covered terrace at the back is also wonderful. The barbecue is different than usual (more like a ring-shaped griddle over an open fire) but works really fantastic. Lots of privacy. Beach very close by. Incredibly nice and very helpful owner.
Summary: highly recommended and gladly again!!!

Excellent villa!
My husband, my 2-year-old son, and I stayed at Villa Vrijbuiter for 2 weeks.
There are a lot of nice things to say about this holiday house. Let's start with the owners. They are very attentive and they really do their best to make you feel welcome. They reply to all your questions in a timely manner, so the communication went smoothly from the beginning.
Now about the property. The house itself is beautiful, just like in the pictures they have posted. When we arrived it was sparkling clean. My son had a fantastic time jumping in the trampoline and playing in the swing and the nice tree house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. They have also arranged a crib, baby chair, plates and vases for small children.
The beach is within walking distance from the house or if you prefer, you can bike. They have one bike with a child seat included which is great! The owner was kind enough to adjust the seat to my height since I'm quite short, which allowed us to enjoy the area even more. Downtown is literally a 5-minute bike ride away.
Two things you need to consider: 1) The WiFi works fine on one side of the house and in the living room. The bedroom in the back has zero reception. 2) The curtains can come off the rail if you leave the window open and the curtains are down. Also (and this is not really about the house) the area is a "dog lovers" place so you can find that almost everybody tends to be around with their dogs without a leash (especially on the beach). Usually this would not bother us, but with a small kid, then it's a different story.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at Villa Vrijbuiter. Actually, we are coming back at the end of August. With all this said, we truly recommend this place. It is excellent to enjoy your holidays and have quality time with your family.

Beautiful house with top equipment and garden oasis.
The house is ideal for 2 families, as it has two wings with two bedrooms and a bathroom each. The living room with a couch and fireplace is super cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped (including a wine fridge). Everything is very high quality and tastefully decorated. This also applies to the various terraces and seating areas around the house. Particularly, the playhouse with swings and a slide, as well as the trampoline, were a hit with our children. The house is highly recommended all around, and the location behind the dunes in a very quiet residential area is great.
In the garage, there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a beach cart, sand toys, and various bicycles that can all be used. The entrance to the property is equipped with an electric gate, allowing small children to play in the garden without any worries.
The care provided by Mary was also excellent.
We will gladly come back!

Perfect Stylish House
Thank you very much for a wonderful family holiday week in your very beautiful, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, cozy house! It offers a lot of space and is perfect for 2 families. Everything you need is there. There is plenty of space in and around the house to relax, play, romp, make a fire, barbecue, etc. The large tables offer plenty of space for extensive and sociable meals. The house is located within perfect walking distance to a beautiful beach. The town center is also easily reachable on foot. Communication with the landlady was very straightforward and nice. The beautiful Villa Vrijbeuter is highly recommended.
