This magnificent architect-designed vacation home is uniquely situated at the foot of the dunes in Renesse. The use of many natural materials makes the house fit perfectly into its surroundings. The large, sunny garden with terrace offers complete privacy. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings in the lounge corner with a glass of wine while the children have fun on the trampoline.
The house has beautiful, high windows to the roof ridge, which make the living room bright and spacious. In this room, the inside and outside merge seamlessly. You can therefore feel comfortable here all year round. From the very tastefully decorated living room you look out on all sides into a green oasis. The cozy sitting area has SMART TV (including NETFLIX) and a stereo system (Marantz).
The spacious open kitchen is generously equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. The dining table for 8 people invites to extensive dinners and cozy evenings.
From the living room you can go to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two luxurious single beds (box spring). The other two bedrooms have respectively a single bed and a bunk bed. There are enough closets.
The bathroom has a rain shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet.
The house has underfloor heating. Of course, there is also a washing machine. You can park on your own property (2 cars)

Less than five minutes walk from the beach stands this magnificently renovated, luxurious and detached vacation home. The center of Renesse can be reached within ten minutes and offers a wide selection of restaurants and nice little stores for shopping. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. Just a stone's throw away are the most beautiful cycling and hiking routes through the dunes.
