Description

The flat is located on the ground floor of the modern house. With an area of 88m², it offers enough space for 3 people. Inside the flat, you first enter a hallway and the adjoining corridor leads to all other rooms of the flat. High window fronts allow a lot of light to enter. The centre of the flat is the spacious living and dining area with connection to one of the two terraces.
The living area has a comfortable couch and is equipped with modern entertainment electronics; discreet lighting ensures a cosy evening. The large window front to the terrace is equipped with pleated blinds, so that it remains pleasantly cool in the living area even in the height of summer and privacy is maintained.
From the terrace you can occasionally catch a glimpse of the Rasenden Roland. The open kitchen in the living area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, a fully automatic coffee machine ensures a good start to the day.
One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm, the second bedroom has a box spring bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The daylight bathroom has a floor-level shower, a washbasin and a WC. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating. A car parking space and a bicycle parking space are also available.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat Küsten-Kind is located approx. 100 m from the harbour in the small village of Lauterbach, which is a district of the "White Town" of Putbus. Ideally situated for combining an active holiday with a beach holiday. Short distances to shopping as well as going to a restaurant in the evening are no problem in Lauterbach. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away. The incredible landscape invites you to take coastal walks and cycling tours along the beautiful Bodden coast. The nearby Goor Nature Park and the offshore island of Vilm round off the landscape and enrich your stay with us. You can easily do without a car, because Lauterbach is easily reached by train. From the Lauterbach Mole stop it is only 3 minutes to your flat.

Wonderful stay at the Baltic Sea – pure relaxation!

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this charming apartment in Lauterbach and were completely thrilled! The location is simply perfect – just a few steps to the harbor and the Baltic Sea, so you can start the day with a walk by the water in the morning.

The apartment itself is modern and lovingly furnished, and nothing is lacking. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy beds – everything has been thought of here to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We especially liked the terrace, which is perfect for relaxed evenings.

A small note: Unfortunately, there is no baker in the village, but the surrounding area offers some options for getting fresh rolls. Additionally, it should be noted that you need to provide your own Wi-Fi in the apartment, which was not a major problem for us. Lauterbach is a small, quiet place that is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, there are plenty of opportunities for activities such as bike tours or boat trips, and the surrounding restaurants offer delicious regional specialties.

All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly come back! An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy the Baltic Sea in a relaxed atmosphere.

This property is in a great location, it is quiet, totally clean and perfectly furnished, nothing too much.
I would book again any time. The only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer, but that is complaining at a high level.

Pure relaxation

For the second time we spent our holiday in the flat "Küstenkind" and were again completely happy. The contact with the landlords, the Dawid family, is without exception nice and cordial. The flat is just great, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is super central. You feel at home from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely recommendable!

We enjoyed the 10 days in the App.Küstenkind very much! The location was optimal for us - peace and relaxation, but still not secluded from the outside world. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. The contact with the Dawid family is uncomplicated and nice.

WLAN would be the icing on the cake (unfortunately, the network coverage in Lauterbach is very poor)! All in all, a very nice vacation in a truly recommendable holiday apartment!

A dream with the name COAST CHILD

...those who want to escape the holiday hotspots on Rügen such as Binz and Göhren, prefer peace and relaxation, the dreamlike apartment Küsten-Kind in Lauterbach near Puttbus is absolutely recommended! Beautifully furnished, super clean, and with the landlords you simply notice that everything should run completely relaxed and uncomplicated. For the landlords, it is a top priority that the vacation is also a vacation and that you simply feel comfortable. Relaxation, peace...escaping everyday life and unwinding. All of this is possible here!!! Those who want that are in the best hands here and will have a great vacation on a wonderful island. Dear Diana, dear Roland, thank you very much for the wonderful time we were able to spend in your apartment. See you soon, we'll be back.

The holiday apartment Küstenkind is a very tastefully furnished apartment for 3 people, where you can feel very comfortable. Beautiful bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living-dining area. The large terraces and small garden are particularly lovely. Ideal for dogs. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the harbor and close to numerous restaurants. A shopping possibility is also available in the village.
We have recovered very well.

Cozy family vacation

The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. There is sufficient space/sleeping arrangements for 3 people. The kitchen was well-equipped and nothing was missing. 2 large terraces were available to us, inviting us to cozy gatherings and game nights. The port of Lauterbach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The beach, for example in Binz, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes and is worth a day trip. The landlords, the Dawid family, were very friendly and available at all times (both before and during the vacation) for questions. All in all, it was a very nice and relaxing vacation.

Vacation in a beautiful holiday apartment.

Spent very good holiday days in the accommodation. Everything was clean and the furnishings were very nice, especially the box spring bed was very comfortable to sleep in! Only suggestion: two loungers for the garden!! (would be great) Can only recommend the holiday apartment, especially the VERY NICE contact with the landlords!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would come back anytime!!!!!!!

Relaxation plus cycling fun

Key handover was very friendly. Especially due to the very changeable weather, we were able to enjoy the cozy and well-equipped apartment very much. The harbor is in close proximity and there are plenty of restaurants, especially if you like fish. We did numerous bike tours. The Baltic Sea beaches Binz and Göhren can also be reached with the "rasender Roland" steam train. All in all, it was a very pleasant week.

Great Baltic Sea getaway with your dog!

We, two adults and a dog, immediately felt comfortable in the apartment of the Dawid family. The apartment is modern, clean, superbly equipped, and lovingly furnished. Beautiful walks along the water, numerous restaurants, and swimming options can be found nearby. Furthermore, the Dawid family was available by phone for any questions at any time. The arrival and departure were easy and pleasant. We would gladly return!

Entspannung pur

On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlords of the apartment. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered. The apartment shone with great cleanliness, spaciousness, very good equipment, and comfortable beds. The 3 of us and 2 small dogs were able to relax wonderfully here. The apartment is quietly situated and has 2 very nice terraces where we could enjoy our breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. The large and very well-equipped kitchen invited us to cook every day anew. We will gladly come back!

Simply top

Highly recommended for wheelchair users, people with limited mobility, and dog owners. All doors are wide enough to drive through with a wheelchair (including oversized ones). The shower is level and spacious. The apartment is nice and bright and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. You can smoke on both terraces. Even removing the bed from the small room to accommodate a proper care bed is not a problem. The landlords are super nice and friendly. There is nothing negative to say. We are already looking forward to our vacation on Rügen next year.
