Description
The flat is located on the ground floor of the modern house. With an area of 88m², it offers enough space for 3 people. Inside the flat, you first enter a hallway and the adjoining corridor leads to all other rooms of the flat. High window fronts allow a lot of light to enter. The centre of the flat is the spacious living and dining area with connection to one of the two terraces.
The living area has a comfortable couch and is equipped with modern entertainment electronics; discreet lighting ensures a cosy evening. The large window front to the terrace is equipped with pleated blinds, so that it remains pleasantly cool in the living area even in the height of summer and privacy is maintained.
From the terrace you can occasionally catch a glimpse of the Rasenden Roland. The open kitchen in the living area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, a fully automatic coffee machine ensures a good start to the day.
One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm, the second bedroom has a box spring bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The daylight bathroom has a floor-level shower, a washbasin and a WC. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating. A car parking space and a bicycle parking space are also available.

The holiday flat Küsten-Kind is located approx. 100 m from the harbour in the small village of Lauterbach, which is a district of the "White Town" of Putbus. Ideally situated for combining an active holiday with a beach holiday. Short distances to shopping as well as going to a restaurant in the evening are no problem in Lauterbach. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away. The incredible landscape invites you to take coastal walks and cycling tours along the beautiful Bodden coast. The nearby Goor Nature Park and the offshore island of Vilm round off the landscape and enrich your stay with us. You can easily do without a car, because Lauterbach is easily reached by train. From the Lauterbach Mole stop it is only 3 minutes to your flat.

Wonderful stay at the Baltic Sea – pure relaxation!
We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this charming apartment in Lauterbach and were completely thrilled! The location is simply perfect – just a few steps to the harbor and the Baltic Sea, so you can start the day with a walk by the water in the morning.
The apartment itself is modern and lovingly furnished, and nothing is lacking. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy beds – everything has been thought of here to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We especially liked the terrace, which is perfect for relaxed evenings.
A small note: Unfortunately, there is no baker in the village, but the surrounding area offers some options for getting fresh rolls. Additionally, it should be noted that you need to provide your own Wi-Fi in the apartment, which was not a major problem for us. Lauterbach is a small, quiet place that is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, there are plenty of opportunities for activities such as bike tours or boat trips, and the surrounding restaurants offer delicious regional specialties.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly come back! An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy the Baltic Sea in a relaxed atmosphere.

great accommodation
This property is in a great location, it is quiet, totally clean and perfectly furnished, nothing too much.
I would book again any time. The only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer, but that is complaining at a high level.

Wir kommen seid 5jahren in diese Unterkunft und wenn es möglich ist gerne noch die nächsten Jahre
Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, dabei fehlt es an nichts. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten – hier wurde an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders schön fanden wir die Terrasse, die perfekt für entspannte Abende ist.
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Im Ort gibt es leider keinen Bäcker, aber die Umgebung bietet einige Möglichkeiten, frische Brötchen zu holen. Zudem sollte man beachten, dass man für WLAN in der Wohnung selbst sorgen muss, was für uns aber kein großes Problem darstellte.
Lauterbach ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort, der ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits des Trubels ist. Trotzdem gibt es genug Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten wie Fahrradtouren oder Bootsausflüge, und die umliegenden Restaurants bieten leckere regionale Spezialitäten.
Alles in allem war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, und wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der die Ostsee in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen möchte.
Würde jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Das einzige, was ich mir noch gewünscht hätte ist ein Fön, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Alle Türen sind groß genug, um mit einem Rollstuhl (auch in Übergrößen) durch zu fahren. Dusche ist ebenerdig und groß.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht.
Rauchen kann man super auf beiden Terrassen.
Selbst das wegräumen des Bettes, aus dem kleinen Zimmer, für ein richtiges Pflegebett ist kein Problem.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich. Da kann man nichts negatives sagen.
Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr Urlaub auf Rügen
WLAN wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem I (die Netzabdeckung ist in Lauterbach leider sehr bescheiden)! Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer wirklich empfehlenswerten Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts.
2 große Terrassen standen uns zur Verfügung welche zum gemütlichen Beisammensein und Spieleabenden einluden.
Der Hafen von Lauterbach ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Strand zum Beispiel in Binz ist mit dem Auto in gut 20 Minuten zu erreichen und somit einen Tagesausflug wert.
Die Vermieter, Familie Dawid, waren sehr freundlich und standen zu jeder Zeit (sowohl vor als auch während des Urlaubs) für Fragen bereit.
Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
Wir 3 Personen und 2 kleine Hunde konnten uns hier wunderbar entspannen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, und verfügt über 2 sehr schöne Terassen, auf denen wir gemütlich unser Frühstück und abends ein Glas Wein zu uns nehmen konnten. Die große und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hat jeden Tag aufs neue zum Kochen eingeladen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
