Description
The newly built, modern, beautiful and luxurious Villa Wruss is located in Šumber, in the east of Istria.
In the large, spacious garden there is a swimming pool, a covered terrace and a barbecue. In addition to three bicycles, table tennis and table football, there is a large playground in the lower garden.
The house is beautifully and modernly designed, spacious, clean and luxurious. The interior is fully air-conditioned (6 air-conditioners in total).
There are 4 cosy bedrooms: 3 upstairs and one downstairs which is wheelchair accessible; 3 bathrooms and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, spacious and practical. A comfortable sofa and a large TV are in the living room, with direct exit to the balcony.
The evenings are quiet, the sky is dark and you can see all the stars. You will experience a true sense of well-being, joy and relaxation.

Location and surroundings of object
Šumber is a small village only a few kilometres from Labin and 10 minutes by car from Rabac and its seductive pebbles.
The nearest town is Labin. Built on a hill with a rich and magnificent history. You will be amazed by the underground tunnels, which used to be coal mines and are now an open museum. The cultural, musical and gastronomic events are often such that there is always something to do.
Rabac is a famous destination with many romantic walks, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.
Also, all the best beaches in Istria are on the east coast, whether you prefer active and well-attended beaches or the remote and private wild beaches. Just a few minutes drive from the villa and you are there.

Cancellation terms:
- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Family holiday
We received a very friendly welcome from Mrs. and Mr. Wruss and were allowed into the house earlier. They showed us everything and explained what was necessary. Very uncomplicated and friendly. Beautiful house with a great garden. We would rent it again immediately. It is a bit far out, you have to be on your way by car. But beautiful area. Thank you for everything
