Our time at Haus Mucki in Bad Tölz was simply dreamlike. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed – with a cool welcome beer in the garden, which turned out to be a true paradise. For golfers, there are top-notch courses in the area, and the region is also an absolute highlight culinary-wise.

We were particularly delighted by how dog-friendly the accommodation is. Our Bernese Ludwig and our little Yorkshire lady Emma immediately felt at home and found a great friend in the charming Bernese lady Sophie, the lady of the house.

For us, it's clear: Our next vacation in Bavaria will definitely be at Haus Mucki again! 5 stars ? for the extraordinary host and the unique experience.

Great vacation with a perfect twist

Very cozy holiday home, furnished with a lot of love and passion. Everything you need is there, enough space for 3 people and 2 dogs. With a dreamlike garden that is fully fenced, great for children and dogs. In 15 minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone, and a few meters further, the Isar invites the dogs to swim. Even though I announced my not-so-easy large dog in advance, we were received warmly, familiarly, and without prejudice. Instead of keeping a distance, Mrs. Spielmann offered direct help and recommended a great dog trainer to us. Thanks to the short but effective training, we were able to undertake many activities during our vacation that were previously unthinkable. Thus, Bad Tölz will remain in our memory not only for the stunning landscape, the extremely friendly people, and the beautiful accommodation. But also the vacation, where we went with a puberty-stricken dog and came back with our dream dog.

Lovely vacation with a dog

The holiday home is highly recommended. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and very cozy. The dog could play in the fenced garden. The landlady made a lot of effort. She had great tips for excursions and restaurants. Nothing was missing. Despite the rain, we had a very nice holiday. Can only recommend it.

Any time again.

Planned as a stopover on our return trip from Italy, we discovered a beautiful accommodation in Mucki which will surely become our main travel destination. The location is quiet, yet the town centre of Bad Tölz can be reached on foot. The bike paths along the Isar river are highly recommended. You can discover a lot following the footsteps of Thomas Mann. Frau Spielmann was very helpful in providing us with many excursion tips and she knows the restaurants in the area very well. It is very important to Frau Spielmann that her guests feel comfortable all around. Mucki is furnished with a lot of attention to detail (dreamy beds invite you to slumber). It looks like a small and fine dollhouse and it makes you forget bad weather outside.

Holiday with dog

The vacation rental is excellent for a holiday with a dog. There are many opportunities for short or long walks with your four-legged friend around Bad Tölz. In addition, Munich is easily and quickly accessible due to its good transport links. Those who prefer to explore the Upper Bavarian lakes or even the Alps more closely will find them almost right on their doorstep from Bad Tölz.

A beautiful house with garden

A beautiful house with garden in a great location, on the one hand centrally located to the village centre, which you can reach on foot in max.10 minutes, and on the other hand you are immediately in the forest and on the hiking trails. The house is lovingly, very tastefully and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. A beautiful, fenced garden for the dogs and the people, we immediately felt so comfortable that we have already booked our next holiday there again.
The whole thing is rounded off by such a great landlady, she made it so easy for us that we immediately found our way around the house and also the area.

Short holiday in the Tölzer Land

The super beautiful holiday flat is a real oasis of well-being - great location (quiet and yet centrally located), very tastefully furnished and extremely well maintained. In addition, the very personal contact with an extremely nice and obliging landlady

My wife, I and not least our four-legged friend felt very much at home. Bad Tölz also offers a perfect starting point for numerous excursions and leisure activities in all four directions.

Exceptionally stylish and high quality furnishings, utmost cleanliness, quiet.

Although located within the village, it is a tucked away and quiet cottage, extremely sensitively, stylishly and furnished to a high standard. A small, cosy, clean home to feel at ease with everything you need. The cute garden, with lots of flowers and flowering shrubs and a small pond, is also a great way to relax. The hostess is friendly, kind, animal-loving and helpful. We had a decidedly relaxing and lovely time.

Absolute oasis of well-being

We liked the nice house with the beautiful terrace and the pretty garden very much. The house is immaculately maintained, very lovingly furnished and there was everything you need, especially excellent beds (!). The nice landlady undoubtedly has a happy hand for her guests, who are also welcome to have a dog with them. As a starting point for cycling in great nature and/or culture, the location is just right. We like to come back to "Mucki" when we are drawn to the beautiful wild Isar.

Dream vacation!

Lovingly, tastefully, and uniquely furnished holiday home. Box spring beds have made every physiotherapist dispensable. Great starting point for all kinds of excursions. The landlady is always available for advice. Our dog could move around freely in the fenced garden, and food was also taken care of. Even today, he still loves Bellosbest.

Wonderful days after the lockdown.

A cute, absolutely high-quality, lovingly and tastefully furnished accommodation in a quiet location, provided by a charming hostess who offers all support and is always available. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the pretty, well-kept garden. Very good beds, we didn't have any back problems any day, as often in previous vacation homes! What you should know is that behind the entrance, you come from the anteroom into a small single room and into the double room (connecting room), through which you always go to the bathroom and the living area with kitchen, which has no door to the double room. With several skylights in addition to the windows and the double door to the terrace, the cottage is beautifully bright, but there is no blackout for the night. We felt very comfortable, and even our dog was welcomed warmly. Thank you very much dear Mrs. Spielmann!

Grünes kleines Idyll

The lovely little holiday home has given us a nice and pleasant week with daily relaxed breakfast on the sweet terrace in the green idyllic garden with a pond! And our little Yorkshire Terrier also felt super comfortable! Within 15 minutes on foot, we were quickly in the market street and by the Isar river.

We were completely satisfied all around, and can only recommend this house. Everything is available to make the holiday even more beautiful! Many things that need to be brought to other holiday homes, such as bedding, towels, etc., are all included.

Wunderbar

The "Mucki" is decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It sparkles with cleanliness in every corner, and Mrs. Spielmann is always ready to help with any questions or requests. The garden is beautifully landscaped, and the small pond splashes soothingly. Everything is within walking distance, and we discovered very nice walking paths with the dog. We felt very, very comfortable without any restrictions and are happy to come back.

Heavenly Short Break

In Mucki, we found everything we wished for relaxing days in the Alpine foothills. We love the area, so it was especially nice for us to stay there for a few days. Mucki is so cozy, both inside the house and especially in the wonderful garden. We felt right at home and very welcome with Barbara and Kathi. And we slept like in heaven - for the first time in a box spring bed - wonderfully restful! We will gladly come back!

The booking was uncomplicated and very nice. The cottage is fantastic! Very tastefully and high-quality equipped. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and high-quality. Even initial supplies (coffee, detergent, toilet paper, and more) are provided. The dogs are welcomed as warmly as the guests. The hostess is discreet but always available when questions arise. Great tour recommendations and insider tips are a given, along with a good selection of maps and books! The garden is a true oasis for guests with dogs! We were impressed and will definitely come back!

Holiday home - ideal for 2 people + dog(s)

Very nice house with really all comforts - very stylishly furnished.


Even a washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue ... simply everything there! And a private terrace with fencing - ideal for dogs, which are very welcome by the very nice landlady. Own parking space on the property. We felt very comfortable.
