A bathroom, the separate toilet, the sauna and a bedroom with a large 1.80 cm bed (split mattress) are on the ground floor.
The two sun terraces are located in the spacious living area. Large windows and patio doors ensure a bright, cozy atmosphere.
The driveway with carport offers space for 2-3 vehicles.

Here is a large bedroom (also 1.80 cm bed), 2 smaller bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

It is located in the park "Zeeland Village" 500 m from the Grevelingenmeer and a marina. The North Sea with dunes, beach and beach cafés are within walking distance (2 km along the Grevelingenmeer) or 3.5 km by car.
The little ones can let off steam on several playgrounds.
You can easily reach the well-stocked PLUS supermarket on foot.
You can go surfing, diving or sailing in the area.
There are many excursions to picturesque Dutch towns such as Brouwershaven, Zierikzee, Renesse , Burgh-Haamstede, Middelburg or Goes.

The house has been almost completely refurbished in 2021. The new kitchen has a refrigerator and a separate fridge-freezer combination. Not only the younger ones will be happy about the hot air fryer.

We will come again!
We have been to this holiday home several times and are still totally in love. The children rushed into the house first, as there is always something new to discover (this time there were new painting stencils).
Condition, cleanliness, and equipment are still top-notch. The sauna provides even more coziness, especially in autumn.

Any time again
We were for the fourth time in this beautiful house by the lake. Every time we are fascinated by the beautiful location, the large garden, and the functional and child-friendly furnishings of the house. The booking process is always very straightforward and special requests are always responded to quickly and super friendly. We will be happy to come back!
