The house has 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed) and a bunk bed on landing.
Beautiful bright living room with sliding doors, open modern kitchen, nice bathroom with toilet and shower. Parking on private property (lockable with a wrought iron gate) or on a reserved parking space in the park. Beautiful landscaped garden with terraces and lots of privacy. The house is situated on a quiet park with supermarket, restaurant, snack bar playground, sports facilities, pride rental, swimming pool, mini golf course. Within walking distance is the Grevelingenmeer for all kinds of water sports!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the park Port Greve directly on the Grevelingenmeer in Den Osse.
Because of the location of the house you have little or no problems with other park guests and you can enjoy a sun-drenched holiday.
The park has a restaurant. There is also a swimming pool, supermarket and an entertainment team for the children.
Directly outside the park there is a beach with a fenced off swimming strip, so you will not be bothered by the pleasure boats on the Grevelingenmeer.
In the harbours of Den Osse, Brouwershaven or Scharendijke you can also rent your own pleasure boat.
The most famous diving location of Schouwen Duiveland is about 1 km away. From this location you can enjoy all the beauty that the Grevelingen underwater has to offer.
Just 6 km away you are on the North Sea with spacious beaches where you can spend the whole day. Here are also several beach tents so you only need a towel, swimwear and some money to enjoy the whole day.
In the immediate vicinity are also several areas where you can enjoy walking and cycling. The picturesque villages and towns in the area are also well worth a visit.
In short, all you need for a relaxing holiday.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Kim and/or Rik Everwijn of Kiri Design & Maintenance.
They will guide you to the house and explain the in's and out's of the house and the surroundings.
You can also use their additional items such as bed linen, towels and a kitchen package.
For the youngest ones they also have a baby box in the rental.
Since Kim and Rik live in Brouwershaven they know exactly the nicest places and coziest restaurants.
They can also give you different cycling and walking routes.

Eigentümer zahlt Kaution nicht zurück! Wohnung ordnungsgemäß abgenommen.
Inzwischen sind mehr als 4 Monate vergangen und die Kaution ist immer noch nicht zurückgezahlt
(laut Vertrag innerhalb von 2 Wochen!).
Die Wohnung ist von mir tip top übergeben worden. Der Verwalter, der die Wohnung abnahm, hatte keine Beanstandungen.
Unzählige Telefonate und alle Mails sind erfolglos geblieben.
Gemäß Vereinbarung habe ich Miete und Kaution an den jetzigen Eigentümer Dhr. G.A.M. Cobussen überweisen (es gab wohl einen Besitzwechsel).
Der Verwalter zahlt auch nicht zurück, da er das Geld ja nicht bekommen hat.
Das Haus ist sehr schön, das Meer traumhaft!
Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen. Das richtet sich hier nicht gegen die Agentur, die die Wohnung vermittelt. Auch nicht gegen den Verwalter.
Es geht hier einzig und alleine gegen den Eigentümer der das Thema wohl aussitzen möchte.
Ich rate dazu nicht an den Eigentümer zu zahlen. Versuchen Sie ggf. über den Vermittler zu zahlen.

Very nice!
We (grandma, parents, 3 children) spent a wonderful week in this nice bungalow. It is well equipped and even children's toys are available. The best thing is the sheltered dining area in the garden. Thanks to the fence, even our youngest (1 year old) was able to romp around outside with his brothers and sisters. The holiday park has nice playgrounds and is quite quiet.
The manager is really nice and gave us a short overview of the best shopping and restaurants. Thank you for that!

Cosy house with good facilities
We were allowed to spend two weeks in this holiday home.
The welcome by Rik was very warm, we were directly provided with a map and many helpful tips for our holidays. He also came by from time to time to ask if everything was okay. Thanks again!
The equipment of the house is really good, in the kitchen there is everything you need. The storage space is worth mentioning: in the closet next to the kitchen, in the small laundry room, in the big drawers under the bed...
The steep spiral staircase took some getting used to at first, but our children (the youngest is 4) coped well. It is secured at the top by a grille.
There are lots of toys for the children and also books for those who know Dutch.
The park is very nice, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds and opportunities. The small supermarket provides all the essentials and for larger purchases there is a cheaper market in the neighbouring village.
The possibilities for activities in good and not so good weather are manifold: of course the beaches are inviting, but you can also discover many smaller and larger places nearby, stroll, walk, cycle...
... in other words, everything you need for a great family holiday.
