Description
Fully equipped neat holiday home on holiday park Port Greve, with large terrace, balcony and fenced garden with parking behind beautiful black fence.
Dogs are welcome in my fenced garden and can not run away.
In the house you are fully equipped and because of the quiet colors a relaxing stay is almost guaranteed.
The house has a spacious living area with ornamental fireplace and cozy places to sit.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave / oven and refrigerator and is fully equipped.
On the 1st floor you have two bedrooms; 1 has a double bed with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. If necessary, a 5th bed can be created on the landing.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
In the spacious garden there are several seating areas. So you can enjoy outdoor dining, but you can also lounge on the lawn and there is a nice sheltered spot under the grapes.
There is also a BBQ available.
No bookings under the age of 19.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the park Port Greve directly on the Grevelingenmeer in Den Osse.
Because of the location of the house you have little or no problems with other park guests and you can enjoy a sun-drenched holiday.
The park has a restaurant. There is also a swimming pool, supermarket and an entertainment team for the children.
Directly outside the park there is a beach with a shielded swimming strip, so you will be yellow troubled by the pleasure boats on the Grevelingenmeer.
In the harbours of Den Osse, Brouwershaven or Scharendijke you can also rent your own pleasure boat.
The most famous diving location of Schouwen Duiveland is about 1 km away. From this location you can enjoy all the beauty that the Grevelingen underwater has to offer.
Just 6 km away you are on the North Sea with spacious beaches where you can spend the whole day. Here are also several beach tents so you only need a towel, swimwear and some money to enjoy the whole day.
In the immediate vicinity are also several areas where you can enjoy walking and cycling. The picturesque villages and towns in the area are also well worth a visit.
In short, all you need for a relaxing holiday.

Dreck, Schimmelpilze und fehlerhafte Ausstattung
Wir sind heute vorzeitig aus dem Haus ausgezogen und musste zum Arzt, Schimmelpilze.
Dreck wurde bereits Sonntag beim Vermieter reklamiert, Montag dann all die fehlenden Ausstattungsgegenstände, Diskussionen mit dem Vermieter, der telefonisch nicht erreichbar war, es sollte nachträglich eine Reinigung vorgenommen werden, bei einem Haus mit 2 Bewohnern und 2 Hunden und so viel Dreck, dass es Stunden gedauert hätte und wir in der Zeit mit Gepäck dann draußen hätten warten müssen. Unmöglich
Ab Sonntag kamen die ersten gesundheitlichen Probleme, heute, Mittwoch , dann der Höhepunkt und das Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Schimmelpilze oberhalb meines Schlafplatzes. Die gesamte Fensterbreite war hinter dem Lamellenvorhang mit Schimmelpilzen verseucht. Also blieb nur noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen, Herr Rob Box, zeigt und zeigte bisher keine Reaktion. Dieses Haus ist überall so dreckig, voll Spinnweben und Staub, Porzellan ist dreckig, Küchenausstattung teilweise nicht zu gebrauchen, zudem waren in der Beschreibung des Hauses diverse Gegenstände aufgeführt, die gar nicht vorhanden sind. Gefrierschrank, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Küchenmaschine, Hifi Anlage, hierzu gibt es eine Mail vom Vermieter in dem er die fehlenden Dinge eingesteht. Auf dem Balkon ein Tisch, früher mal weiß, jetzt total grün und dreckig, Stühle genauso verdreckt. An diesem Haus stimmt wirklich nicht viel, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit ist eine Couch, unter den Kissen mit Brettern ausgelegt, Schlafzimmer alles voller Staub, von daher habe ich im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Küchenschränke obendrauf und Abzugshaube haben sehr lange keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Auf dem Grillrost draußen konnte man noch erkennen was die Vorgänger gegrillt hatten. In den Ecken der Fenster dicker Dreck, im Flur Regal und Garderobe dreckig. Ein aufgeführtes 3. Schlafzimmer ist lediglich der Flur. Haus zum Ekeln und niemandem zu empfehlen,. Der Park in dem es liegt ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen,

Prima huisje
Het is een prima huisje, voor ons niet ideaal ivm de hond. omdat er parkeerplaats voor de deur ligt en op elke autodeur word gereageerd.
Daarnaast heel enthousiast badballen gekocht maar er zit helemaal geen bad in.
En in omschrijving mag wel geschreven worden dat honden boven niet welkom zijn.
Zeker wel een aanrader voor mensen die geen reactieve hond hebben en niet boven slaapt.

Ideal with child and dog.
Very happy with the space, both inside and outside.
Very child-friendly and peaceful park.
The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog.
Nice and close to the beach, pleasant restaurant with friendly service.
I think the previous residents had only washed the cups at the front of the cupboard and the plates at the top.
The bathroom could have been more modern, but apparently they are going to renovate it, so then it will be perfect.
Very beautiful garden, but it could have been better maintained (but we are avid gardeners, maybe we are being too demanding because of that?)
Definitely recommended!

Vakantiehuis
Een fijne, schone vakantiewoning. De woning is schoon en compleet. Lekker rustig en een fijne tuin. Hij is wel wat gedateerd, wat op zich niet zo erg is ,maar ik persoonlijk zou er wel het eea aan veranderen. Maar al met al een prima huis qua prijs verhouding.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Zeeland
Trotz Corona war der Aufenthalt sehr erfrischend. Alles war da. Der Park ist sehr sauber und es mangelt an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön..

Urlaub pur !!
Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön. Rik ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Bei Anliegen war er sofort da. Der Garten und die ganze Anlage sind sehr schön. Unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt und konnte im Garten nicht stiften gehen - alles eingezäunt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Ontspannen weekje weg met de honden
We kregen een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met alle uitleg over het huisje en tips over activiteiten in de buurt.
De woning is prima in orde en heeft alle nodige voorzieningen. Ook de ligging is ideaal vlakbij alle parkfaciliteiten.
Het enige minpuntje vonden wij de matrassen. Deze waren enorm hard naar onze mening.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hausverwalter hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Das Haus hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Der Garten war sehr wohltuend, mit seinen unterschiedlichen Sitzecken und Liege Möglichkeiten, war auch für den Hund super :) . So war es möglich zu jeder Tageszeit einen Sonnenplatz zu finden. Wir haben die Ruhe in den 2 Wochen sehr genossen.
Die Lage ist auch gut, tolle Strände in der Nähe, mit Auto, ca 10 Min. zum nächstgelegenen entfernt. Der Park in dem das Haus steht ist auch toll angelegt, mit seinen kleinen Teichen und abwechslungsreichen Bepflanzungen, der Hundewiese um den Park. Alles sehr schön und wohltuend. Wir und der Hund hatten einen sehr erholsamen, bewegungsreichen Urlaub.

Super Urlaub
Wir waren jetzt das dritte mal in folge in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben auch unseren nächsten Urlaub dort gebucht !
Einfach schön ,sauber und eine sehr liebe Atmosphäre und Betreuung vor Ort ! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen !
