The Villa Lofos, which means "the hill".
The villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick exterior walls, which provide a unique living comfort! Coolness in summer and warmth in the colder season. Due to the architecture of the villa, you have a fantastic sea view from all rooms and the bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is the large living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and a guest WC with washing machine. The living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi… The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two daylight bathrooms (ensuite). The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together. The corresponding daylight bathrooms are each equipped with a large, barrier-free shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or a terrace. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean even from your bed. In front of the kitchen is a permanently covered terrace with seating. In front of the living room is the approx. 19 m long pergola. Have breakfast on this terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, while enjoying an unsurpassed sea view!
Relax on the spacious terrace that surrounds the approx. 50 sqm infinity pool.
Here you will also find the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with a breathtaking view of the sea. You can show off your grilling skills at the brick outdoor grill.
You can park your car under the shady carport.
Villa Lofos is, of course, fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, dish towels, hair dryer, iron... everything is provided. It is cleaned once a week, or twice a week upon request, and bed linen and towels are changed. Relax here in complete tranquility and amidst the breathtaking nature! You can see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri Peninsula, and gaze out over the sea – simply a magnificent panorama! Here you can let your soul unwind!
Enjoy your morning exercise on the large terrace. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat. If desired, Mira, the yoga instructor, can be booked and will gladly come to your villa.

| Electricity is not included in the offer period from 07 November - 01 April. The kw costs 0,50 € extra. The pool heating is not included. It costs per night by arrangement Long term guests please ask for prices. We have been living in Crete since 2004 and maintain our villas ourselves. Key handover, a competent contact person for all questions etc. is on site. We are always available by phone. A detailed description of good tavernas, excursion destinations, doctors etc. is available in the villa. Please also have a look at kretafan, where you will find many guestbook entries Do you want to arrive earlier or leave later? Long-term holiday? Ask us! We will be happy to call you back! We are happy to help you book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or with Visa or Master card. |
