With an area of 270 m², Casa Forma is ideal for up to eight guests, who can be accommodated in four double rooms, each with its own bathroom. This guarantees a high level of privacy and comfort, which is especially suitable for families or groups of friends who value their own space. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an elegant entrance hall that leads into the main living area and the sleeping area. The main area is designed openly and combines a modern-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, which allows for seamless gathering and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, making meal preparation easy. The dining area offers a large table that comfortably seats eight people, while the living room is equipped with a leather couch and a modern TV for cozy movie nights.
From the living room, large glass doors lead to a beautiful covered terrace, which is completely fenced and thus provides privacy, while at the same time offering a magnificent view of the surroundings. On the terrace, there is a heated pool with an area of 26 m², inviting for swimming and relaxing on both warm and cooler days. Sun loungers are available by the pool, where guests can sunbathe and enjoy relaxed days. For gourmets, a modern ceramic grill is ready, on which you can prepare delicious meals and dine outdoors. The outdoor area offers everything you need for perfect relaxation in the fresh air, whether swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the view of the peaceful surroundings.
The sleeping area of the house is designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there are two double rooms, each with its own bathroom. The spacious rooms are equipped with high-quality bedding, air conditioning, and a TV, and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets to ensure uninterrupted sleep. High-quality Serta mattresses in all rooms provide optimal comfort and a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the house has underfloor heating, which increases comfort during the cooler months.
Upstairs there are two more double rooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have large windows that offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. Both the lower and upper bedrooms provide guests with complete privacy and tranquility, as well as the comfort of modern luxury.

Just a few kilometers away are larger places such as Malinska and the city of Krk, where you can find shops, restaurants, and a rich historical heritage, including beautiful old towns and cultural attractions. All this together creates the perfect environment for a peaceful, yet active vacation on one of the most beautiful islands of the Adriatic.

Relaxed vacation in autumn
We were 2 families with 2 children each and accordingly 2 cars that found their place on the spacious grounds in front of the house. A vacation with 4 couples would also be easily possible, as the concept of the house allows for it.
The first impression is simply wonderful. The house is bright and offers plenty of space. The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are neither too big nor too small. The beds were good, but you can tell that we were not the first ones ;-). There is enough storage space in the respective rooms and everything was really clean. The large kitchen with living area is quite noisy but offers enough space for 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and you can find everything you need for meals. The terrace is incredibly nice with a view into the greenery. The pool and the facilities are good, the grill is a dream. In summer, you can surely sit outside wonderfully, but for us, it was already too cool in the evening. A short walk and you reach a small shop where you can buy everything necessary. There are restaurants, but they were closed for the fall except for one. The sea is just around the corner, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (at a relaxed pace).
Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and everything we needed was there for us. Absolute recommendation!

Great house / great holiday
It is a beautiful very well maintained and modern house. The landlord is very helpful and very friendly. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 children, and the layout of the house was perfect: 1 family could stay downstairs and the other upstairs. We felt very comfortable and had a very nice 9 days there. We can really recommend it very highly.
