The Holiday home
Rustic stone house Katarina is a beautiful, newly renovated house in the small village Klimno on the island of Krk. The house is located on the edge of the village in a quiet part, but within walking distance to the centre of the village and the sea. If you are looking for a charming and comfortable stay, the stone house is the perfect choice for you.
Stone house Katarina extends over two floors, it has 90 m2 on 310 m2 plot. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. From both bedrooms you have access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. On the first floor you will find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table, living room and small bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Pots, cutlery, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining table offers space for six people. The living room is spacious and equipped with three armchairs and a sofa, which can also be used as an additional sleeping area for two people. From the area you can access the outdoor terrace with table and six chairs. A staircase leads from the terrace to the outdoor pool. Four sun decks are waiting for you at the pool. You can also use stone grills to prepare delicious meals. There are two parking spaces near the house. Wi-Fi is available.
At a distance of 50 m you will find restaurants, a shop, a café, a pizzeria, a bakery, a playground and a sports field. The house is easy to reach as the Rijeka airport is only 11 km away, the bus stop is only 50 m and the ferry port for the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away.
Krk is a beautiful island that offers possibilities for every guest. There are six blue flags on the beaches of Krk. This is enough to talk about the purity and quality of the sea and the quality of the additional service. The beaches are pebbly and rocky with sunbathing areas where you can enjoy the whole day. There are also numerous cycling and hiking trails as well as diving and other water sports areas. We're sure everyone can find something for themselves.
