Extremely comfortable semi-detached house, completely renovated in spring 2022, just 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Your home is located on a 200 m² natural plot of land directly in the dune belt on a traffic-calmed private road directly in the coastal forest.
Due to the new, modern and very tasteful furnishings, you can spend a really great holiday here. The new fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. Relax on the large terrace with a cozy barbecue evening. The two newly equipped bathrooms are particularly worth mentioning. New showers and of course newly tiled - a great feel-good factor has been created here for the guests.
In the traffic-calmed zone, children can also go to the beach without fear and get an ice cream on the way there. The beach house with its two halves is perfect for families of friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08004). Trassenheide has a direct connection to the cycling and hiking network on the island of Usedom. The fine, white, groyne-free sandy beach has a gently sloping shore zone, so that even younger guests can safely look for shells and splash around in the water. Families with children especially feel at home here. You can quickly reach the stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn, which runs to the Kaiserbäder.

Activities nearby: The best way to explore the area around Trassenheide is on the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails. The longest hiking trail on Usedom runs directly through Trassenheide. There are numerous sights to see on the way from Peenemuende to the city of Usedom. To take a break, stop off at one of the inviting restaurants or cafes. The leisure and sports program in Trassenheide is very diverse. So you can sail, surf, beach volleyball

Beautifully located holiday home, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Stylishly furnished, all kitchen utensils available, nice terrace. One downside is the very hard mattresses in all the beds, which are not great for sensitive backs. In the lower bathroom, there is no shelf for shampoo in the shower, which would have helped my tagged in-laws a bit.

A great house. Parking spaces for both houses are too few. It would be good for this house. But a great location. Just a few steps from the beach.

We had booked the holiday home for a family holiday with the grandparents - it was appropriate for this, a short, paved path to the beach (fortunately an unplayed beach stage) over, but the micro-location of the house was more of a B-location

Holiday home is in a great location and in very good condition, suggestion for improvement: bicycles to the holiday home, since shopping facilities are a bit away and I don't want to drive as much on vacation,
