Only 100 m from the sea: tastefully furnished semi-detached house with 240 m² of dune/natural land in a top location between a sandy beach and coastal forest. You can spend a relaxing holiday in this tastefully furnished semi-detached house. Sunbathe on the terrace or relax in your private sauna on cooler days. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The beach slopes gently into the Baltic Sea, so that the little guests can splash around and build castles in the gently sloping shore zone. The stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn is easily accessible on foot and takes you to the imperial baths of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin.

Activities nearby: The Ostseetherme Zinnowitz is only 4 km away. In Trassenheide you will find Europe's largest butterfly farm, a visit with the children is worthwhile. The DHH is very nicely located close to the beach. The furnishings of the house are somewhat dated, but extensive for 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic and can only be reached through one of the other bedrooms and a very narrow steep staircase, which is a pity as it is actually the nicest room in the whole house. The living room seems sufficient for 6 people, but it is hard to imagine that 8 people would feel comfortable here on cold days. The kitchen is poorly designed. The cabinet with the most used dishes is in the top right corner, making it hard to access. When you want to empty the dishwasher, you cannot reach the dish cabinet because the door blocks the access. The kitchen lighting is inadequate. Key handover / acceptance was smooth and friendly. Additional costs in the cold season are very high = 50% of the deposit for 5 nights without using the sauna.

The house was well-equipped and cozy. Practically furnished and provided with the necessary technical devices. The windows could use a cleaning, and the hedge in the entrance area needs maintenance.
