Description
Facing the lake, "The Holiday Home" features a rooftop terrace with glass barrier, awning, and stairs to the parking area. The orientation is ideal for enjoying the last rays of the warm evening sun.
The holiday home offers a spacious 105 m² for eight people (additional beds available for a weekly fee of €120) and includes a kitchenette with stove, oven, and microwave. The usual kitchen utensils and a refrigerator are provided. A charcoal or gas grill is of course also available for a juicy steak or crispy sausage.
Due to the spacious layout with living & dining area as well as two bedrooms each with a double bed (one of them with a baby bed), the holiday home is excellently suited for large families and families or couples with children who are friends. Via a narrow staircase you reach the open gallery, the sleeping area for another 6 people. Here you have, among other things, a reading lounge with a table as well as another dining table with chairs for a cozy game night under the roof.
In winter and during the transitional seasons, the wood-burning stove creates an especially cozy atmosphere.
The Schmale Luzin is a paradise for fishing, swimming, and diving. With your own bicycle, rowboat, or canoe/kayak (optional weekly extra costs €20, €40, €50), you can explore the surrounding lakes. Access to the lake is available via a nearby public path. I am also happy to provide my guests with surfboards with stand-up paddle and a standard fishing rod with accessories in limited quantity for a small fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located in the second row to the lake directly on the traffic-calmed road with seasonally varying traffic. Carwitz is a tourist magnet and offers many seasonal attractions. Enclosed paved parking areas are available. The town centre of Feldberg is about 6 km away.

| Carwitz is certified as a "state-recognised resort". Landlords are required to charge the visitor's tax. The health resort tax is levied to partially cover the expenses for the production, acquisition, expansion, improvement, renewal and maintenance of the public facilities provided for recreational purposes. It is payable irrespective of whether and to what extent the public facilities are used. This revenue is used in part for the following services in the health resort for you as our guest: - Tourist infrastructure & paved hiking trails - Keeping the bathing spots, beaches and paths clean - Bathing facilities, beach showers & public toilets - Cultural events & concerts - Exhibitions & childcare The health resort tax in the high season ( to ) is 1,50€/day and in the low season ( to ) 0,80€/day and is due on the day after arrival for the entire duration of stay and paid to the accommodation provider. Please indicate in advance who will be staying in the accommodation at the time of booking and when. Day visitors without an overnight stay are exempt from the health resort tax. In addition, children up to and including 12 years of age, bedridden patients or other persons who are unable to use recreational facilities within the meaning of § 1 para. 1 of the statutes, as well as severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50 or more and their accompanying person (whereby the sign for permanent accompaniment must be documented in the severely disabled person's identity card) are exempt from the spa tax. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 21 days before the arrival date.
If you cancel the booking at least 21 days before the scheduled check-in by 12:00 noon Central European Time (CET), you will receive a refund of the travel cost minus a cancellation fee of €160 (free of charge). For cancellations made less than 21 but more than 5 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the travel cost minus the cancellation fee (as above). Please note that no cancellations are possible after the 5th day before check-in.

Please remember your personal bedding and hand, body, bath and dish towels. We try to provide the usual hygiene articles of a holiday home (such as toilet paper and toilet fresheners) in sufficient quantities, but it is not possible to supply these during the week. We are happy if you take care of your well-being with foresight and on your own responsibility.

Dear interested parties, my name is Mario (#gerneperDu) In addition to a full-time job, I am a quartermaster in Carwitz. You will love the place, as I do. The Schmale Luzin meanders about 7 km through the terminal moraine landscape with steep slopes and fast-sloping banks. It is a glacial sheer channel lake, like many lakes in the Scandinavian glaciation area. From the Breiten Luzin, the water flows in the meltwater channel to the Bäk and provides a habitat for many different species of plants and animals. Come and let yourself be enchanted, unwind and recharge your batteries for everyday life My recommendation: Ask today about free capacities and go on a discovery tour with the ranger or book a dive from the pontoon during your Luzin holidays.
