Description
On the lake side, "Das Ferienhaus" has a roof terrace with glass barrier, awning and stairs to the parking area. The orientation is perfect for enjoying the last rays of the warm evening sun
With 105 m², the holiday home offers plenty of space for eight people (further extra beds possible for a weekly fee of 120€) and has a kitchenette with cooker, oven and microwave. The usual kitchen utensils and a refrigerator are available. For a juicy staek or crispy sausage, a charcoal or gas grill is of course also available.
Due to the spacious layout with living & dining area as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of them with baby cot), the holiday home is perfectly suitable for large families and friendly families or couples with children. Via a narrow staircase you reach the open gallery, the sleeping chamber for another 6 persons. Here you will find, among other things, a reading lounge with table, but also another dining table with chairs for a cosy games evening under the roof.
In winter and the transitional period, the wood-burning stove provides a particularly cosy atmosphere.
The narrow Luzin is a paradise for fishing, swimming and diving. With your own bicycle, rowing boat, or canoe/kayak (optional weekly extra costs 20€, 40€, 50€), you can explore the surrounding lakes. Access to the lake is via a nearby public path. I am also happy to provide surfboards with standup paddle, standard fishing rods with accessories on a limited basis for a small amount of pocket money for my guests.

The accommodation is located in the second row to the lake directly on the traffic-calmed road with seasonally varying traffic. Carwitz is a tourist magnet and offers many seasonal attractions. Enclosed paved parking areas are available. The town centre of Feldberg is about 6 km away.

| Carwitz is certified as a "state-recognised resort". Landlords are required to charge the visitor's tax. The health resort tax is levied to partially cover the expenses for the production, acquisition, expansion, improvement, renewal and maintenance of the public facilities provided for recreational purposes. It is payable irrespective of whether and to what extent the public facilities are used. This revenue is used in part for the following services in the health resort for you as our guest: - Tourist infrastructure & paved hiking trails - Keeping the bathing spots, beaches and paths clean - Bathing facilities, beach showers & public toilets - Cultural events & concerts - Exhibitions & childcare The health resort tax in the high season ( to ) is 1,50€/day and in the low season ( to ) 0,80€/day and is due on the day after arrival for the entire duration of stay and paid to the accommodation provider. Please indicate in advance who will be staying in the accommodation at the time of booking and when. Day visitors without an overnight stay are exempt from the health resort tax. In addition, children up to and including 12 years of age, bedridden patients or other persons who are unable to use recreational facilities within the meaning of § 1 para. 1 of the statutes, as well as severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50 or more and their accompanying person (whereby the sign for permanent accompaniment must be documented in the severely disabled person's identity card) are exempt from the spa tax. |

We try to provide the usual hygiene articles of a holiday home (such as toilet paper and toilet fresheners) in sufficient quantities, but it is not possible to supply these during the week. Dear interested parties, my name is Mario (#gerneperDu) In addition to a full-time job, I am a quartermaster in Carwitz. You will love the place, as I do. The Schmale Luzin meanders about 7 km through the terminal moraine landscape with steep slopes and fast-sloping banks. It is a glacial sheer channel lake, like many lakes in the Scandinavian glaciation area. From the Breiten Luzin, the water flows in the meltwater channel to the Bäk and provides a habitat for many different species of plants and animals. Come and let yourself be enchanted, unwind and recharge your batteries for everyday life My recommendation: Ask today about free capacities and go on a discovery tour with the ranger or book a dive from the pontoon during your Luzin holidays.
