Villa Amonra A beautiful villa on the North Sea coast of the Netherlands near Julianadorp-aan-Zee. Situated on the park "Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne", surrounded by beautiful flower fields and only a few hundred meters away from the beach and dunes. Villa Amonra was renovated in spring 2020 and has every luxury of a modern residence.
Discover beautiful beaches, dunes, nature, cycle paths, hiking trails, the cosy Julianadorp or one of the many other beautiful towns and attractions in the province. The park offers: - A swimming pool with a long slide - Minigolf - Bowling alley - Tennis courts For the children there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds. The park also has something to offer in terms of culinary delights. A breakfast service, the cosy Brasserie Sandz, the restaurant Steaks & Burgers, a pick-up service, as well as various arrangements. Finally, of course, the 9 - hole golf course with A-status for beginners or advanced players, with your own team or under the supervision of a golf professional. Here you enjoy a great game in a unique location. The park also has a par 3 family course.

Great holiday home and super nice landlord.
We were a week in this absolutely great and large holiday home. The additional bathroom on the upper floor and the spatially separate bedrooms (ground floor + upper floor) were very helpful since we were 2 couples. This way, everyone had their own little realm. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. We were very happy about the welcome gift - thank you very much for that ;-) The communication with the landlord was super nice and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the house does not have air conditioning. Since we weren't there in the midsummer with 30 degrees or more, we could easily do without it. All in all, the university is highly recommended.

Great house for our family vacation
We stayed at Villa Amonra for 14 days. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Some things like a bottle of wine, soap, kitchen towel, etc. for welcoming us were very nice. The house had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the great location of the house near the back entrance of the Landal Park with a short walk to the beach, town, or shopping. Contacting the landlord was always possible and very hospitable, thank you very much. We will be happy to come back!

Sommerurlaub in Julianadorp
The villa is located on the edge of the large Landal park. Very good accessibility to shopping and the many beach entrances, varying time required depending on the mode of transportation. Spacious and free parking in front of the dunes.
The landlord was always available for minor issues and found solutions, always very nice and honest contact. Upon arrival, our birthday children received small attentions, and the living space was even decorated, very nice! The villa can also accommodate a longer stay with 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a large, modern bathroom. The dining room and kitchen area can be described as in new condition. Only the seating in the living room was deemed worthy of change by all guests. Upstairs, there is a significantly smaller bathroom, but under certain agreements among the parties involved, it isn't actually a problem. From the description of the property, one might think that there are 2 additional guest toilets besides the 2 bathrooms, but this is not the case.
All bedrooms are equipped with functional furnishings.
The floors are connected by a steep staircase, which has a child safety lock on the upper floor. Smoke detectors are (still) not available.
The spacious terrace/garden area is entirely without grass.
A large storage room for bicycles and other items is available. The existing washing machine also proved to be advantageous. Parking in front of the villa is sufficient for 3 vehicles.
Overall, the villa is recommended, nothing is missing! Very conveniently located as a starting point for many activities! Thank you again to the landlord and his property manager for the pleasant days!
