Description
Our 70 sqm beach house, built in 2013, awaits you. The bright living and dining area with a functional kitchen and a shower room are located on the ground floor.
In the attic there are two bedrooms (1 x 180x200 and 2x 90x200) at your disposal. The ceiling height there is limited and is just under 2 metres at the highest point, but you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea, a wonderful place not only for your morning coffee in bed.
Outside, there is a sun terrace with a beach chair, all just a few steps away from the beach.
The holiday home has a fixed, gated parking space about 200 m away, and you can of course drive up to the house to load and unload.

From the very beginning, 100% feel-good factor.
A beautiful and very tastefully furnished accommodation close to the beach. The children's room is spacious and there are also some toys there. The cherry on top is the view from the parents' bedroom of the beach and the sea. One can spend the evening privately in the small garden. Everything necessary was provided, even four bicycles. The only thing missing was a charcoal grill, but there are disposable grills available at the nearby Edeka if needed. Very nice contact with the landlord. Questions were answered very quickly.
Because we felt absolutely great, we immediately booked 3 weeks for next year.

Great holiday home to feel comfortable.
A very nice, cozy and lovingly furnished holiday home in a great location on the Priwall! We (two adults, two children) spent a lot of time in the house because of the changeable weather (autumn holiday...) and felt completely comfortable. The sun shines on the breakfast table during breakfast, from the parents' bedroom you can actually see the Baltic Sea and watch the big "pots" pass by, and in the children's rooms there are toys, books and craft materials. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle in Travemünde, quiet in a small, picturesque holiday home settlement where no house is like the other. The contact with the landlord was always very friendly, reliable and binding.
A very relaxing holiday :-)!

great house near the beach
We (2 adults+2 children) spent our summer vacation in the house and were really satisfied.
The contact with the landlord is great and he responds quickly to any kind of questions.
The location and the equipment are as described. The house is great for relaxing and if you want a little hustle and bustle, you can walk or ride a bike 5 minutes to the Priwallferry to cross over to Travemünde.
The house is located in a very quiet area and since cars have to park outside, it is generally very quiet.
Inside the house, it is very cozy and there are great retreat options, with the most beautiful place being the armchair under the roof, from which you have a great view of the Baltic Sea.
We were able to relax there and will come back again.

Very well-maintained house with great landscaping and cozy seating areas. Interior design with attention to detail, something to discover everywhere. Bedrooms with a great view of the Baltic Sea.
