The cottage is cleaned regularly, after each change of tenants
The floors are cleaned with special antibacterial cleaner, as are all the surfaces.
The bed linen is generally washed at 60 degrees.
There is disinfectant spray for you in the house, which you should use first every time you enter the holiday home.
The holiday home is fully equipped. The 60 sqm living space leaves nothing to be desired. It is divided into 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 living-dining room.
A recently completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooker with oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment, 1 bathroom with shower/WC, LCD LED TV, radio and DVD player are available. An internet connection (WLAN) is available free of charge. A cot/child's high chair can also be provided. The house has a garden with sunbathing lawn and covered barbecue area. Parking space at the house. The house is equipped for senior citizens.

You will find a baker, butcher, grocery shop, restaurant and café in the village. Waldeck-Freienhagen is easy to reach from Holland, the Ruhr area and Münsterland.
The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village without through traffic (dead-end street). There are many leisure activities in the vicinity: hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, golf, spa, excursions to the Edersee, Bad Arolsen, Kassel, Bad Wildungen, visitor mines, summer toboggan run, and much more!
Lake Edersee is an absolute must. In the evening after sunset, the barrier wall is spectacularly illuminated!
There are good shopping opportunities in Kassel (38 km). Go shopping and feast in the various cosy towns around Freienhagen. Korbach (20 km) and Bad Arolsen (15 km) are very worthwhile. In Bad Arolsen you will also find the castle where Princess Emma zu Waldeck und Pyrmont, later Queen of the Netherlands, was born in 1858.

Great house, beautiful surroundings
Dear Künzl family,
We had a wonderful week in your holiday home. Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. Your house is very well-maintained, and you find everything you need there. The surroundings are also very beautiful; we took a long walk with our dog every evening. Afterwards, we could enjoy the evening on the balcony with a lovely view.
