Casita-Christina

Is a cosy holiday home with garden, in the holiday home complex De Tong Bruinisse on the Grevelingen Sea.

The house has 3 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people.

In the living-dining area you can relax with music and film: DVD player, radio, cable TV with German programmes are available.

A fully equipped kitchen with: Dishwasher, oven, electric cooker and large fridge-freezer, makes preparing food a pleasure.

The modern bathroom contains a shower and WC. On the first floor there is another WC.

The house has modern central heating and a fireplace with a window. The house is supplied with pure eco-energy.

On the sunbathing lawn and terrace you can let your soul dangle. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are waiting for you.

In about 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach the beach at the Grevelingen Sea.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home is situated on the edge of the fishing village Bruinisse, in the holiday region Zeeland in the Netherlands.
From the house it is 5 minutes to the Grevelingen Sea beach and about 10 minutes to the Oosterschelde. To the North Sea beach you need about 15 by bike.
In the region you will find many activities such as: Golf, swimming pool and indoor playground 5-10 minutes walking distance, many places of excursions between 30 and 60 minutes, many weekly markets and attractive cities like Rotterdam Amsterdam Antwerp Bruges and Zierikzee to name a few.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, the landlord will claim compensation. The following cancellation conditions apply for cancellations by the tenant: Withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price; withdrawal up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price; up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price; and in case of no show: 100% of the rental price.

During the booking, the landlords were very accommodating. I thought, oh how nice, this will be our regular place, but I should have been taught better.
In the house, everything is available that you need for a vacation. The location is great, especially with dogs and children.
The cleaning still needs work; there were hard bread slices and socks under the table left by the previous guests. However, the beds were made with fresh sheets as far as I could tell. However, the necessary materials are on-site to clean by ourselves. Unfortunately, the landlord has not refunded the deposit after months and several reminders, and also provided no explanation as to why. On the contrary, he confirmed on the phone that everything was fine and he would pay, but another 6 weeks later there is still no payment. We are no longer receiving a response. Very rude, cheeky, and cowardly. Previous landlords were significantly less problematic and had much better communication. We would not book here again but anytime with the competition.

Great stay

We (4 adults & 2 children, 1 dog) felt very comfortable. The little house is equipped with everything we needed. If we plan another vacation in the area, we would book Casita Christina again!

Nice vacation

It is a beautiful cozy holiday home. Especially on the terrace, you can stay and spend cozy hours even in rainy weather. It is commendable to have many board games on site to pass the time. There is a lot to discover and the descriptions of the landlord are accurate. However, I would not recommend the Grevelingen restaurant. All in all, it was a very nice vacation and we would love to come back.

Very cosy cottage and super nice landlords.

The cottage is very beautiful and above all comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing
On the contrary. It was really like "arriving and feeling at home"!
For us, the location was also very advantageous, because on the one hand the beach is only a few minutes away (yes, we actually still had beach weather in October) and on the other hand the playground in the park is right around the corner. So our (by now) 6-year-old grandson had a lot of fun and we adults were relieved accordingly ;-). But there are also many other beautiful places around and a lot to see and experience. For example, we went on the seal safari and were thrilled (tip: book via Groupon). In the evenings we liked to light the fireplace (you could tell it was October) and enjoy the cosy warmth
We had an all-round successful holiday, thank you very much to the super nice landlords and will gladly come back soon.

Ferienhaus

Very nice house. Paths with a dog are optimal. Very quickly at the beach with an extra dog beach, very quiet yet everything nearby. Landlords provide very good information about activities, some of which we have tried ?. Will gladly come back. Family M. Billert

A truly relaxing vacation !!!

Clean and well-maintained house ideal for several people. Everything you need was available on site, whether you are small or large. It was really very nice.

Completely thrilled

Unfortunately, today is our last day of vacation here. What's for sure now is we will come back.
A super great holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired.
Very well-maintained complex.
The surroundings are a dream, you can do a lot, the Grevelingen Lake is practically on the doorstep and a stone's throw to the North Sea.
The landlords are great, they give detailed descriptions beforehand of where to shop, eat well, go on trips, etc.
Well, our daughter and our dogs are also completely happy and satisfied.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Great holiday home with everything your heart desires for a relaxing vacation.
The house has a modern kitchen equipped with all the items needed for cooking. There are also many affordable restaurants in the area.
In the living area, there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. Following the season, we roasted chestnuts.
It was very clean and comfortably furnished, and with 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of space to retreat. My dog was welcome, and there are enough bins on the property to dispose of the waste. The landlords were reachable even at late hours. It was definitely not the last vacation in this house.
