The flat is located in a very quiet area of St. Andreasberg, in a dead-end street. Restaurants, the high ropes park "Bergsport-Arena-Harz", the skiing and tobogganing meadow at the Kurpark and the Samson mine (UNESCO World Heritage Site), as well as shopping facilities and hiking trails are within walking distance.
The Matthias Schmidt Mountain with its ski slopes and summer toboggan run is only 3 km away and offers lots of fun for young and old.
