This newly renovated holiday flat invites you to feel good with the whole family. It consists of a bright kitchen-living room, 1 bright bedroom, 1 children's room and a shower room. In the kitchen-cum-living-room, the fully equipped kitchenette provides for your physical well-being. Here you will also find the modern leather couch in front of the spacious flat screen TV. For the "little ones" there is an extra flat screen TV with a Wii in the children's room.
General information:
NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! Smokers will find an opportunity to do so on the terrace/garden in front of the door.
Animals up to 50 cm in height are expressly permitted, please state when booking !

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in a quiet residential street in the centre of Braunlage. Various localities, restaurants as well as the Wurmberg cable car, the Rathauswiese with its ski lift, the ice stadium and the VolksGolfPark are within walking distance.
Due to the proximity to the Rathauswiese, nothing stands in the way of skiing and tobogganing fun for the whole family.

»Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet.
Von ferngesehen im Wohn,- Gäste,- bis hin ins Schlafzimmer verfügt die Wohnung über alles was das Herz aufschlagen lässt!
Nicht desto trotz ist es ein privates Wohnhaus was sehr hellhörig ist!
Die Wasser- und Heizleitungen sind sehr nervig besonders wenn man schlafen möchte. Über uns wohnt eine Familie mit Kindern die früh in die Schule gehen also für die, die sich erholen möchten ist es nichts!
Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einer super Einrichtung aber viel zu viele neben Geräusche von den Wasser und Heizungskeitungen
