The beautiful holiday flat of a newly built holiday home (first let in 2020)
is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It offers space for a total of 4 people

Layout of the rooms:

- spacious light-flooded living area with access to the terrace, comfortable sofa corner and

- Kitchen area with kitchenette (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment toaster

- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe

You will find a parking space for your car right next to the house. A lockable bicycle shed is also located directly next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Through a quiet piece of woodland (approx. 700 m ) you can get directly to the Baltic Sea beach. Koserow is located approximately in the middle of the 40 kilometre long beach on the island of Usedom between Peenemünde and Swinemünde(Poland).

In addition to having the highest elevation (Streckelsberg), the area around Koserow is also the narrowest part of the island of Usedom between the sea and the backwater. There is no other place on the island where the two bodies of water are so close together.
