The beautiful holiday flat on the 1st floor of a newly built holiday home
is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It offers space for a total of 4 people

You will find a parking space for your car right next to the house. There is a laundry room with a washing machine in the property, which can be used via a coin-operated machine. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.

Exclusive vacation apartment

We rented this apartment on the upper floor as a first occupancy and were thrilled with the lovingly tasteful furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend the vacation rental and book it again. Best regards, Tanja Dittmann.
