The arrival description was inaccurate, the accommodation was not really clean,

In the description it said lake view and pool, we had another building 10m in front of our ground floor apartment! The pool is a public pool, We were very disappointed

We had difficulty finding the holiday accommodation, as we entered Dervio on a different road and thus got lost in the area for an hour and a half, a map with the direction might have been helpful,
