The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2019 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The Csisztai thermal pool can be reached from the holiday home along a 5.5 km long, leisurely, partly paved road that leads through the Great Berek Region. Here, the thermal water with a temperature of 42 °C is ideal for the treatment of gynecological diseases, intestinal and stomach problems, skin diseases and for rehabilitation after broken bones. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
