The detached holiday home, renovated in 2019, is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.
Location
Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The Csisztai thermal bath can be reached from the holiday home via a 5.5 km long, leisurely, partially asphalted road that leads through the Greater Berek region. Here, the thermal water with a temperature of 42 °C is excellent for the treatment of gynaecological diseases, intestinal and stomach complaints, skin diseases and for rehabilitation after bone fractures. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Vestibule (38 sqm, not heated) with seating area and covered terrace with dining area and kitchenette. Bathroom (7 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
