The studio is located in a detached single-family house. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Fonyód. The studio is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment BAL FON 029 (7 people) is also in the house. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, 2.2 m x 5 m, 1.4 m deep). Weather dependent.

Shopping 350 m, restaurant 900 m, town centre 1500 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 1200 m in Fonyód (beach 1200 m in Fonyód with lawn). Dog beach in Fonyód 2 km.

The entrance to your studio is on the ground floor and leads directly into the kitchen. Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional mattress bed, TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen with dining area (3 seats), gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

verry nice house with nice pool clean and healthy surroundings like fireplace and outside kitchen and beutifull view of the sky at nights, just the beds shouldering be little better.
