The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the house is still the holiday apartment BAL FON 029 (7 people). The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (2.2 m x 5 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August. weather permitting

verry nice house with nice pool clean and healthy surroundings like fireplace and outside kitchen and beutifull view of the sky at nights, just the beds shouldering be little better.

The property is set back from a very quiet location with beautiful garden and pool. The port you need to walk about 30 minutes. Therefore only 2 suns for environment.
Our apartment was located in a garage just developed and equipped as in the description.
