Description
"Maison la petite Vallée" is the 2003 restored old farmhouse, located in a beautiful little valley surrounded by nature, with all the trimmings, and is located on a small stream.
The localized land located at the beginning of the village Charbes. It is located near the famous "Route du Vin" on the edge of the Vosges, between Strasbourg and Colmar.
The attic has been converted into a spacious studio apartment with enough space for up to four adults of 2004. Outside the entrance is located on the southwest, sunny, spacious wooden terrace with electric grill and seating. Inside the restored roof beams adorns the 80 m² large, high room, the center of which a brick kitchen and a large table with bench and chairs forms. You can expect a bright, very tastefully decorated with a combination of modern and antiquarian ambience. The rear sleeping area is not visible from the main room. Here is a 140 cm wide bed. At your disposal are also: cot + travel cot and a 100 / 190cm Extra bed. On the other side of the attic a glazed gable provides a good look at the various scenic moods of the valley and the sky. In this room there is the TV and a sofa that pulled out has a 160 cm wide bed surface. This space can be closed by a folding door. The house has two separate apartments each with its own terrace and private entrance. On the terrace, next to the house, there is a charcoal grill, which guests of the roof studios or the apartment below - can use - after consultation with each other. Your bicycles can be accommodated in a vaulted cellar and your car can be parked against the stream.

Location and surroundings of object
Even from your apartment you can take wonderful walks and hikes through the surrounding hills and woods.
The wine route is a few kilometers away; there it is worth stopping off at the wineries or dine well in an Alsatian restaurant.
Switzerland is quick and easy to reach from the highway; Also close is the fairytale Black Forest and Freiburg. And, you should have taken bikes or rent them in Villé or Sélestat, make even a tour on the beautiful Rhine River; along the channels, or through the beautiful Rhine meadows. Sélestat, Colmar and Strasbourg are always worth a visit.
The village Charbes located in a small side. Opposite the house your children can play at the creek or watch the goats and sheep on the pastures.
The road is not a thoroughfare; on the outskirts it ends as an economic and trails right in the village Lalaye Wä allows you to make the good baker small purchases, from 7am until noon at 12am (500m). In the small town of Villé (4km) you will find all the shops; also super markets, post office, doctors, pharmacies, therapists, banks and a tourist office. In Bassemberg (3km) is a swimming pool and tennis courts. On many farms you can buy your own products. Wednesdays morning farmer's market at the market square in Villé; there is also in the summer, on Thursday nights, a farmers market place with products from the area and the nearby Vosges. The beautiful cities such as Strasbourg, Colmar, Sélestat and varied other excursions are offered to you.

For feeling good
We searched for and found a quiet place.
The lovingly furnished apartment offers everything one needs. We felt very comfortable there. We will definitely book there again. Thank you very much to Michel and Werner.
The area is also stunning. Hiking trails start practically at the door.

Super great accommodation in a special location.
We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. The location of the house is simply fantastic, nestled in nature. The view is simply magnificent. For nature lovers and culture enthusiasts, this place is a wonderful starting point. Overall, we can recommend this accommodation 100%. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to our next holiday that we will spend there.

Sunny autumn
We enjoyed a beautiful week of vacation in the charming attic apartment. The furnishings are chosen with attention to detail, the large, open living space is bright and friendly. We were lucky with the weather, so we could enjoy the sunny terrace at noon. Nature so close, rustling leaves, babbling brooks, relaxation. Very romantic and beautiful vacation rental in the deep Alsatian region.
The holiday apartment was ideal for relaxation, as it is located on the outskirts of a small village, in a beautiful hilly landscape with lots of meadows and forests. The attic apartment is very spacious and has a gable window with a beautiful view of the valley. The best thing is the terrace, which leads to the back and is not overlooked by anyone, so you can completely relax and have privacy there. We went on many excursions and ate very well in the restaurants in Villé (neighboring town). The kitchen is well equipped, so we also cooked a lot ourselves. We had a very good time and would come back anytime.

Accommodation to feel completely at ease in a wonderful environment with many possibilities.
From the very beginning, we felt comfortable: already on the journey into the beautiful valley, arriving at the typically regional house, and finally being greeted on the airy-cozy attic apartment via the wooden terrace by M Patrice, we knew that we would spend a wonderful vacation here - which was fully confirmed in the following two and a half weeks.
We greatly enjoyed the summer here - having breakfast and even spending a lazy reading day on the wooden terrace, which fortunately is still in the shade in the morning during the hot weather, more demanding bike tours on the beautiful roads of the Vosges, walks, small hikes to castle ruins, good dining options everywhere, including a beer garden within walking distance of the small hotel in the village, the lovely Alsatian villages and cities nearby.
From our kind host Werner, who was also there for a few days, we received further good tips, including for a visit to Strasbourg away from the tourist crowds.
And after a day full of activities, it was always very refreshing to return to this beautiful refuge, to enjoy the tranquility and nature all around, and to end the day on the terrace with a glass of wine while listening to the babbling brook across the way. We will probably not have been here for the last time.
