Villa Maria is a luxury villa in an exclusive plot of land, on which there are only 7 houses built by architects. Only a few hundred metres from the famous Cala Murada beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag.
Beach, beach bar, supermarket and the popular restaurant ca'n Perelló are within walking distance.
Located in a very exclusive area of the complex, on an avenue, the villa has a large enclosed garden with plenty of space for outdoor dining and sunbathing by the 8 x 4 m private pool.
The interior of the cottage is well appointed and offers a large, light and airy open plan living area, French doors to the pool terrace from the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The lounge area not only has air conditioning, but also has a fireplace, ideal for a romantic winter holiday. Modern furnishings with comfortable leather sofas, a large flat screen TV and digital Internet TV (fiber optic 100 Mbit/s)
The dining area offers an expandable large table that can comfortably seat the entire family and is ideally located next to the kitchen and adjacent to the pool terrace.
The bespoke kitchen of the cottage is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee maker and is fitted with granite worktops for a touch of luxury. The washing machine, as well as a second fridge and freezer, are ideally located, but not visible, in the adjacent pantry.
Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a large, ground-level shower and a separate toilet.
On the first floor is the luxurious master bedroom with a wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a level shower. This bedroom has wide patio doors leading to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and the wooded area behind the cottage.
Also on the first floor there is a family bathroom with bath and shower, and two twin bedrooms.

Villa Maria is only 500m away from the sandy bay Cala Murada. The beach can be easily reached on foot. Cala Murada is a place characterized by villas without big hotels in the east of Mallorca.
Close to the villa (200m) there is a small supermarket with bakery and a restaurant.

In the vicinity there are many golf courses (Vall dÓr Golf, La Reserva Rotana Golf/Manacor, Golf Son Reserva, Canyamel Golf, Pula Golf, Golf Capdepera, ...) which offer an impressive ambience
* Picturesque seaports:
Only a few minutes away are the port cities of Portocolom and Porto Cristo, which are certainly worth a visit
* Shopping
The two supermarkets in Cala Murada offer a good choice for the necessary things of the daily needs. The SPAR ca'n Perello with bakery is only 200m walk away. For bulk shopping we recommend a trip to Manacor or Felanitx (15 km) or the Eroski market in Portocolom ( 10 km)
* Markets
The market in Manacor (Mondays, 10-14 o'clock) is famous for its finest pearl jewellery.
The market in Llucmajor (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday from 09-13 o'clock offers Majorcan flair.
The weekly market Santanyi (Wednesday, Saturday) is worthwhile alone because of the historical old town
The cute market in Campos (Thursday, Saturday) is still more of an insider tip.
* Picturesque beaches/bays:
S'Amarador (moon rago - 140m long) near Santanyi is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
Es Trenc (Platja d'es Trenc/Campos) is 2 km long, located on the south coast of Mallorca and is one of the most popular and beautiful beaches on the island (in the middle of an extensive nature reserve)
Cala Sa Nau (Cala d`Or) - only 70m long. Cala Sa Nau is an S-shaped bay in the southeast of Mallorca and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very popular and lively!
Cala de Moro (Santanyi), only 30m long is a picture book bay in the southeast of Mallorca - unfortunately very crowded in the high season
* Beach Cala Murada
On the picturesque beach with the popular beach bar you can relax or practice water sports. Pedal boats or SUP can be rented on the beach. A small footpath leads to the double bay Cala Domingo, from where a boat tour is offered. The way there impresses by the wonderful view of the turquoise sea
* Dragon caves near Porto Cristo
The 'Cueves del Drach' are a stalactite cave system. The caves are located near Porto Cristo. The caves have the largest underground lake in Europe and offer a fascinating natural spectacle
*Bus connection
Although it is advisable to have your own car, the bus connection from Palma to Cala Murada can also be used for excursions or the airport transfer.
