Beautiful holiday villa for 4 people with large COMMUNITY POOL in the Arab style built urbanization "LA ALHAMBRA" / Denia / Costa Blanca / Spain
You enter into the large living room with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and fireplace. From there it is in the master bedroom, the nursery and bathroom with shower bath, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
If you leave the house, you can jump directly into the large POOL. Directly behind the house then relax on the quiet lawn. On the overview picture shows the house to the left of the palm.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the urbanization "La Alhambra" in the immediate vicinity of the great COMMUNITY POOL. The urbanization is situated in La Pedrera, a small suburb of Denia. There you will find several inexpensive restaurants, a small grocery store, for a German emergency doctor, a pharmacy and a hospital (5 min walk). The center of Denia and the beach is about 3 Km DENIA - the gateway to the Costa Blanca - is located between Valencia and Alicante on the Mediterranean. At the two airports Valencia and Alicante is about 100 Km. To Ibiza, which is opposite, the ferry takes about 3 hours.
DENIA offers visitors to the north 20 km-long sandy beaches, in the south loading bays for fishing and diving.
DENIA has an excellent infrastructure with respect to the water sports swimming, diving, sailing, surfing, etc., in the countryside. Tennis, golf, horse riding, hiking, etc.
The hiking area of the Nature Park "Mongo" is to reach the house on foot in 20 minutes. The golf course "La Sella" is about 6 km away. In the center of DENIA find the port, various supermarkets, many boutiques and cozy street cafes.

Traumurlaub
We have spent our summer vacation in this bungalow once again. The resort and the house are well-maintained, and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the house. The spacious pool invites you to cool off and relax. The beach is a bit further away but can be easily reached with rented bikes from a bike rental in Denia. For the adventurous, we recommend climbing the nearby Montgo.
