The comfortable and sunny 3-room apartment in Koserow is 70 m² in size and furnished for 4 people, offering a sunny garden area as well as a covered and wind-protected terrace :)
It is located in a quiet area near the spa park and about 250 m from the wide, white sandy beach. It is a tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment in a small residential complex that can be used all year round.
Large living room with large 50" HD flat-screen TV with SAT, with dining area + sitting area, two bedrooms with 4 beds.
Separate, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.,
Large daylight bathroom with tub and shower screen.
Sunny, covered southwest terrace with garden furniture and garden for exclusive use, protects from cold winds and is suitable for sunbathing even in the off and shoulder season.

The apartment is located about 250 meters from the sandy, white beach. The Linde road is a dead end and therefore almost car-free and quiet. You go through the park and cross the hiking and biking trail and are already at the beach finish. From 60m high Streckelsberg the view sweeps with good view to the island of Rügen and Pomerania.

Everything was just right here!
The holiday apartment was easy to find thanks to the good description from the landlord. A private parking space in the complex is included, which is very pleasant for us. The furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired, the living room is practical with a dining table close to the kitchen and the couch is invitingly cozy. The porthole windows are something different and we like them a lot. The small terrace is sunny and cozy. No one can really look at your plate when you are comfortably sitting at the table. The kitchen lacks no equipment - everything is of good quality and clean. Also the oven . . . ;-)
The paths in the village are short from the apartment and everything is perfectly walkable. We are enjoying our stay here very much and are looking forward to our remaining days. And tomorrow morning we are going back to the sea - just about 300 m and down a staircase.

Absolutely top! We will come back!
The apartment offers everything we need for a relaxing family time. The tastefully furnished and sunlit living room, the terrace, the garden, and the proximity to the beach make the stay perfect. The mattresses are new and very comfortable!!! There are numerous excursion options that are easily accessible and shopping opportunities/restaurants, etc. nearby. We brought our own bed linen and towels, which saved us additional costs. The contact with the landlord was straightforward and very friendly. For the price in the high season, a bullseye! Thank you very much and see you next time.
