The historic apartment house is located in the center of the village of Fügen, equipped with 2 car parking spaces.
The lovingly furnished and high-quality holiday apartment, renovated in early 2018 with real vaulted ceilings, is the ideal starting point for your active holiday.
The valley station of the Spieljochbahn, which is open in summer, and the small train station of the Zillertalbahn are within easy walking distance. Two guarantees for a varied summer holiday. The location in the village is undoubtedly one of the advantages of the house. Restaurants, bakers, butchers and bars await your visit in the immediate vicinity.

Activities nearby: Fügen-Kaltenbach is considered the "first holiday region in the Zillertal" and, like the entire valley, is a vacation paradise for active vacationers.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the convenience of the parking space and the kitchen facilities. The location made it easy to explore local attractions such as the Spieljochbahn and enjoy delicious meals nearby.

I was impressed by the attention to detail in this apartment. It was well-maintained and the vintage atmosphere added character. We enjoyed our time here, although the weather was not perfect. Still, having a cozy place to return to made a difference.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming apartment in Fügen! The decor was beautiful, especially the vaulted ceilings. It felt like a cozy retreat after a long day of hiking in the nearby Zillertal Arena. Additionally, it was a great advantage that restaurants and shops were just a short walk away.

At this place we experienced following issues; Twice a day all doors and windows need to be opened by instruction of landlord and he checks on you, there is a 80 liter boiler only which with 6 persons means 3 minutes hot water per person after skiing, although in the spec it says there is a charger for electric car, there is nothing, trash is also very complicated with 10 different trash bins to be separated. We accidentally lost a door key and had to pay 103 euros for replacement which we believe us outrageous.
