Description
There is currently no cage (insect screen) around the pool and terrace. We are trying to rebuild it as soon as possible (expected June 2023).
Villa 4Friends is located on a wider canal with golf access in beautiful southwest Cape Coral.

The living room invites you to relax. For entertainment and entertainment there is a 65 inch TV.
The holiday home has an open floor plan with plenty of space on 180 m2 of living area. The villa impresses with its modern, bright and friendly furnishings. In the large living area you will find the American kitchen, the dining area and a chill-out living room to relax in after a long day in the Florida sun.
The large master bedroom area is cooled separately with air conditioning and has its own bathroom. The master bathroom is larger than average. Here you will find a large shower and a bathtub. The furnishings are very tasteful and inviting.
2 more bedrooms are located on the other side in the house. Both share a bathroom with WC and shower tray. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool area.
The pool area offers space for all pool loungers and a shaded dining area for 6-8 people. A barbecue is also available here for our guests to use for barbecues.
The pool can be heated on request and is large enough for a few swims. Here you will find relaxation loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sun for a long time due to the south orientation of the pool.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
Boat rental is recommended!!! No boat licence is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is moored directly at your own boat dock to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

We had a great time in your beautiful house. Will be back soon!
This house is beautiful, very comfortable and very well located. A short drive (less than 10 minutes) and you’re in the city center, with lots of restaurants and bars. The outdoor area is amazing with a heated pool and BBQ. As a suggestion, you just may consider adding a TV in every room instead of only having one in master bedroom and living room, we didn’t need it since we were only 2 people, but for bigger groups that would be perfect. In general, we loved everything in this house and would love to come back soon!!! Thank you for letting us stay there!
