Romantic holiday home for a holiday for two in the hills on the outskirts of the village of Monteggiori with a unique panoramic view of the nearby Versilia coast. The two-storey house is rustically and comfortably furnished. You can take a refreshing dip in the above ground pool. A special highlight is the terrace on the upper floor, from which you have a view of the medieval village and the Versilia coast. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea with a glass of wine. The house is located above terraced olive groves in the middle of nature. After a walk (approx. 500 m) you reach the car-free town of Monteggiori with a well-known trattoria where you can try good Tuscan dishes. The fantastically long, gently sloping sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Lido di Camaiore are only 20 minutes away by car. The area is characterized by rolling hills and small medieval villages. The holiday home is located at the foot of the village of Monteggiori and can be reached by car. Extras included: WLAN1 bottle of wine on arrivalActivities nearby: You can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday on the Versilia coast with 25 km of light sandy beaches. Here you can get sun loungers and parasols (payable locally). Dogs are allowed on the free beaches near Marina di Torre del Lago. In the evening, a stroll through the charming town of Pietrasanta is worthwhile. Trattorias in the narrow streets and bars on the piazza are not only popular with artists. Visit the imposing marina of Viareggio (approx. 11 km), large yachts and small fishing boats rock in the harbour. We recommend a bike tour directly along the sea road (bike path) from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi, the posh town on the coast. In Carrara you will find the famous white marble quarries. Beautiful location. Hygiene left much to be desired.
Bathroom was filthy. Lots of problems with stink bugs.

Maison sympathique, jolie vue depuis la terrasse a l'étage sur toute la côte, très appréciable pour apprécier le coucher de soleil, literie confortable. L'entretien de la maison et le ménage pourrait être plus qualitatif pour des locations, j'ai du nettoyer la douche moi-même avant une première utilisation. En payant des frais de ménage, on s'attend à un logement propre a l'arrivée. Contact avec le propriétaire en italien mais réactif malgré tout sur place. Pour le prix, nous considérons que c'est Ok.

Sweet house. The bathroom is as small as in a mobile home. Too small a mirror. The parking space is only suitable for small cars. The terrace is magical with a dream view.
