Description
The lovingly furnished 2 room holiday flat is located in the annex of the villa with approx. 40 sqm for 2 with extra bed up to max. 3 persons. The sunny living/dining area invites you to relax with a leather sofa bed and an adjustable leather recliner. The living area is equipped with a glass table, a modern wall unit and a large LCD TV (94 cm) as well as a DVD player and radio, a cosy dining area with adjoining kitchenette. In the well-equipped kitchenette there is a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, coffee machine, capsule coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans etc.. The bedroom offers storage space for your clothes. With the 2nd TV you can also watch TV from the bed. The bathroom has been equipped with new high quality furniture in November 2018. A hairdryer and an illuminated mirror are also at your disposal. There is a washing machine/dryer (coin-operated) in the underground garage. A parking space belongs to the flat. 2 bicycles are available free of charge. WLAN free of charge. A terrace with two seats and a beach chair invite you to relax. We await you personally on the day of your arrival and show you the local conditions and cakes or pastries await you on the day of your arrival. The relaxation package with bathrobe and sauna for 2 persons is located directly next to the apartment.

Where can you get a second one like that?
Absolutely recommendable
We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave in the end !
The landlords welcomed us so friendly as if we belonged to the family.

Great vacation rental, fully equipped, wonderful central location, close to the beach and city. Nice welcome with cake and coffee. 2 good bicycles available for mobility. We will come back again!!!

Great relaxation at the Baltic Sea.
