We offer a comfortable apartment for 2-4 people with a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a pull-out sofa bed (1.45m x 1.95m), a bathroom with a shower at ground level, a hallway, a wardrobe and a storage room. The balcony with forest view is south/west facing. A parking space directly in front of the door and a bicycle/equipment shed for beach utensils complete this exclusive holiday flat. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

Your comfortable apartment is located directly behind the dunes and can be used all year round. The apartment belongs to a fantastically built holiday complex, "Dünenresidenz Usedom". You have the feeling of being in a small fishing village. The wide, fine-grained sandy beach offers enough space for sports, games and recreation even in high season. Shopping facilities can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The apartment is located on the edge of the complex, near the adjacent pine forest. The beach is 100 m away. Karlshagen is located in the north-western part of the second largest and sunniest German island. The village has a population of about 1,000 and was designated a Baltic seaside resort in 2001. Families can enjoy their holidays here undisturbed, as the m long, wide, white sandy beach offers plenty of space for fun and games. Karlshagen has received the international environmental symbol for coastal bathing sites for the fourth time. The small village offers a lot of peace and quiet, pure nature and a good infrastructure. A wide range of sports and recreational activities keep you busy. You can discover the beauty of the island by bike along the Peene River, through pine forests.

At least 3 nights must be booked in the other seasons.
Small dogs are allowed upon agreement with the landlord. The four-legged friend is 5,-Euro / day. Bed linen 7, -Euro / person, towels 5, Euro / person. Will be charged a deposit of 50,-euro.
