Description
The holiday flat was completed after extensive renovation in 2011. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating, bright and cosily furnished.
A bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (150x190), a bathroom with a shower at ground level and a conservatory complete the 55m² holiday flat. In the winter garden, in the middle of the greenery, you can relax wonderfully after extensive sightseeing. In fine weather, 2 terraces invite you to linger. Barbecue facilities are available. Cars can be parked on the enclosed property and motorbikes can be stored in the garage next to the bungalow. The holiday home can be used all year round.

The holiday home is located in the district of Thekla, in the north-east of Leipzig.
Directly on the small river Parthe, you are in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, you can reach the city centre by car in 15 minutes. By bus and tram, you can reach the centre in 20 minutes.
The New Trade Fair Centre with its diverse events can be reached by bike in 15 minutes, and by car in 5 km. The A14 BMW/Neue Messe motorway exit is 3km away
There is a bakery, a drugstore and a discount store in the immediate vicinity. Secluded and quiet, yet close to the city centre - the ideal combination for your stay in Leipzig. Leipzig is worth a visit at any time of year. A visit to the zoo with Gondwanaland and a boat trip on the Karl Heine Canal are a "MUST" during a visit. Many visitors are amazed at how water-rich Leipzig is. Cultural facilities, the pub mile, the Monument to the Battle of the Nations and much more make for a varied programme.

Great bungalow
Well-equipped, spotlessly clean bungalow with private garden, bike shed, secure parking space for the car and two terraces on the outskirts of Leipzig. You can reach the city by bike in 25 minutes or alternatively in 7 minutes with the S-Bahn. We felt very comfortable! Nice contact with the owners, who live right next door and are available for help and advice if needed. The garden is fenced off from the owners with trees and bushes, so that we still had our privacy.
Thank you very much, we will gladly come back again!

Beautiful holiday home
My partner and I stayed in the above mentioned holiday home for 4 days. It was perfectly equipped, quiet, but still you could reach a lot on foot or with a short drive. The family who owns the house was super nice and we didn't want for anything. We would recommend the holiday home 100% and would also go there again ourselves.

Modernes Ferienhaus
The modern and very lovingly furnished holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. You can relax wonderfully on the terraces. We felt very comfortable.
With the car, you can reach the city center in no time, and public transportation is also easily accessible. There are also various shopping opportunities nearby.

Absolutely recommendable holiday bungalow
At the moment (July 2021) we are in this beautiful holiday bungalow for the second time, but definitely not the last.
The bungalow is very tastefully furnished and of high quality, not like so often with the cheapest "furniture" from the discounters. I sleep almost better in the large double bed in the bedroom than at home. The fully equipped kitchen also has everything in abundance, 12 dishes, pots, pans, etc.pp. - everything is there. Even now in the height of summer, the living room and bedroom remain pleasantly cool, we have not missed air conditioning so far. In the bathroom you will find a floor-deep shower, toilet and washbasin, and even a washing machine. EVERYTHING IS VERY VERY CLEAN, unfortunately we have experienced other things. The property is large and well-kept, with many old shady trees.
There is certainly not much to say about Leipzig itself, the city offers something for every kind of holiday. Well, mountain hiking will be difficult. The A14 motorway can be reached in about 5 minutes, and the whole of Saxony and many places in Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg can be explored that way. From Leipzig we have already been to Dessau, Wörlitz Park, Naumburg, Quedlinburg, Potsdam, Dresden, Bautzen, Freiberg, Chemnitz, Zwickau, ....
