Chic and comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful half-timbered house with a rowing boat and jetty for shared use on a 3,000 square meter shared property and only 30 m from the lake. After an extensive tour of discovery through the beautiful surroundings, you can end the day appropriately at the barbecue area. Alternatively, you can also leave the solid ground under your feet behind and use the rowing boat for a lively water ride.

The region south-west of the backwaters and the Peenestrom is characterized by wide meadows, fields, moors and forests. The small municipality of Zemitz, not far from Greifswald, is an ideal starting point due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Activities nearby: Explore the quiet area with a long bike ride or take relaxing walks along the popular hiking trails. The proximity to the Szczecin Lagoon nature reserve provides some exciting natural spectacles and not only impresses nature lovers. The panoramic mountain Bauerberg or the Feldsteinkirche in Wehrland also leave an equally successful impression. The proximity to the Hanseatic city of Greifswald ensures a varied water and leisure landscape: Why not visit the various city ports and marvel at the many water sports enthusiasts along their sailing areas. Overall, a good experience, The apartment is well-furnished and comfortable, We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the opportunity to explore the nearby hiking trails, However, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, which was a minor inconvenience.
