Description
The lovingly renovated holiday home "Pier 54" has an area of 125 sqm on two floors and sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.
The ground floor includes living-dining room (wood-burning stove, pull-out couch and TV), kitchen, bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower, bathtub, washing machine), sauna, hallway and staircase.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1xTV) and a bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower). The bedrooms are two triple rooms (double bed and single bed) and one twin room (two single beds).
The courtyard offers seating for cosy evenings outside. You are welcome to use the barbecue you brought with you.
Parking is possible directly in front of the house.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Wolgast on the edge of the old town near the harbour. Supermarkets, restaurants and various leisure facilities are within walking distance.
Wolgast is known as the gateway to the island due to its location and is the ideal starting point for exploring the island's seaside resorts as well as the hinterland around the Peene River. If you would like to do this without a car, there are various rental bike stations available. The Usedom Bäderbahn railway station is also only 400m from the house. The Baltic resorts of Trassenheide and Zinnowitz with their wonderful sandy beaches are 8-10km away.
Attractions in Wolgast are the zoo, the Penne lift bridge, the museum harbour, the Rungehaus or the city history museum.
In contrast to the seaside resorts, Wolgast does not charge a visitor's tax.
The Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifswald, as well as the quaint fishing villages of Wieck and Freest, are within easy reach by car.

Absolutely beautiful holiday home with great facilities. Super cosy and clean. Everything you need for daily life is available. The old town and the harbour of Wolgast are within walking distance. Nice service, everything was perfect. We will be happy to come back!
