Our charming, spacious holiday home is located in the small village of Wahlendow, 30 minutes to the Baltic Sea. It is an estate manager's house from 1850, is romantically and quietly situated, has 240sqm and is designed for 6-9 people. French charm. For lovers of the special. with four bedrooms, a cosy kitchen, a dining room and a large living room with fireplace, it offers casual space. Two bathrooms, both not large, one barrier-free, the other with bathtub. away from the big tourist crowds just outside the gates of Usedom. A huge property with stable, barn, shed. Sunny and sheltered from the wind. In the garden there is a fireplace and a barbecue. It is pure peace, pure relaxation. From the house you go directly into the forest and the meadows, you are for yourself.

Directly next to forest and meadow in an idyllic, quiet village . Romantically situated with a view of natural meadows and forest. Cranes, deer and rare birds can be observed. A small lake lies within walking distance in the forest. The sea with a beautiful beach can be reached in half an hour by car, the harbour of Lassan is 15 minutes away. The Peene River is not far away. in the surrounding area there are manor houses, church ruins, burial mounds. horse riding, bicycle and canoe rental are nearby.

Very cosy holiday home
We had a great time. The house is so beautiful and very lovingly furnished. No utensils were missing. The kitchen is very well equipped
The rooms are large and each room is so individually furnished and there is a cosy atmosphere throughout the house. We lit the fireplace every day. There is plenty of wood for a small fee
There is a bakery in the village where we got fresh bread every day (don't be put off by the closed door, just go in).
From the house you can make beautiful excursions by bike or on foot. In summer you can swim in the lake. One evening we sat around a cosy campfire in the large garden. During the day you can watch deer. Take binoculars with you!
Even if you want to spend nice evenings cooking or playing games with friends or family, we can only recommend the house!!!!

Pure relaxation!
Very friendly and helpful landlords. We stayed in Wahlendow for almost three weeks, we didn't want for anything. From cosy to creative we enjoyed every hour. We will definitely be back!

Holiday cottage Wahlendow
The estate manager's house is nicely furnished, very clean and there is everything you need. It is a beautiful spacious house with an extensive garden area - a dream. If you want to spend your holidays in peace and seclusion, but also want to set up the occasional swim in the Baltic Sea, this is the place for you.

Great place to relax
Also our second stay in the estate manager's house was again absolutely wonderful - the house is very lovingly furnished and equipped and really everything you need is there. Inside and especially outside in the huge garden there is plenty of space to play and linger. Lots of nature around and the sea can be reached in 30 minutes by car. And also very helpful and lovable hosts - we will definitely come back!

BBQ and campfire under the starry sky
At the beginning of autumn, we spent a week in Wahlendow with 6 adults. Although we booked very spontaneously, the house was perfectly prepared for our agreed arrival time. The landlords are very warm-hearted and gave us a very good introduction to the house and the estate.
Since we still had good weather, we extensively used the diverse possibilities on the huge property. Somewhere in the garden the sun always seemed to shine and if you were looking for peace, you always found a quiet corner for yourself. The perfect evening consisted of a barbecue, making music by the campfire and an impressive starry sky. There is no light pollution here. Therefore, on clear nights, the Milky Way, the planets and with some optical equipment, even deep sky objects can be observed directly from the garden.
The house corresponds exactly to the description. Only that in reality it is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We didn't miss anything. For guests looking for something special with a lot of charm, it is the perfect choice.
We would love to come back to Gutsverwalterhaus Wahlendow again. Thank you for the lovingly prepared accommodation!

Ort zum Entspannen
Ein sehr geräumiges und ausgesprochen gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort sucht an dem man herunterfahren kann, ist man hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Der Garten ist besonders groß und es fehlte an nichts für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Viel mehr als man erwartet hat ?
Dieser Urlaub war für alle Teilnehmer [4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder] eine wunderschöne Zeit mit ganz besonderen Erinnerungen. Das Haus war sehr schön und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bedürfnisse von zwei Familien wurden mehr als gestillt. Das Grundstück war gepflegt und wie eins unserer Kinder gesagt hat:"wie kann man bei so einem Grundstück schon NEIN sagen"
Wir danken unseren Gastgebern für diese tollen Rahmenbedingungen unseres Urlaubes.

Es war einfach toll!!
Wir hatten mit drei Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern ein tolle Woche.
Strand, See , Lagerfeuer und vieles mehr haben wir erlebt.
Für Kinder ist dieses Haus echt zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist riesig und es gibt viel zu entdecken und Platz zum toben. Auch das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Zeit für sich und füreinander in der Natur
Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zwischen 6 und 13 Jahren) war nicht nur die touristisch noch recht unbekannte Region zwischen Anklam und Wolgast eine Entdeckung, sondern vor allem das für größere familiäre Gruppen geeignete und idyllisch gelegene, geräumige Haus mit einer gepflegten Gartenanlage, deren verschiedene Bereiche (Obstbäume, Wiesen, Feuer-/Grillplatz, Bäume und Sträucher, Terrasse) zum Draußensein einladen. Nur wenige Fahrradminuten entfernt liegt sogar ein ruhiger Waldsee mit einer Badestelle. Das Haus bietet genügend Raum und Räume zum Zusammenkommen oder Für-Sich-Sein. In den liebevoll und individuell gestalteten Räumen lassen sich sowohl die Geschichte dieser alten Gutshäuser nachempfinden als auch Dinge machen, für die es im Alltag oft zu wenig Zeit gibt: lesen, malen, schreiben, spielen, kochen, essen, die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom kleinen Dorf (mit eignem Bäcker!) aus lassen sich Radtouren/Wanderungen zu weiteren Seen, Gutshäusern, Schlössern und einer Klosterruine unternehmen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch das unkomplizierte, ruhige Seebad Lubmin mit sauberem, kinderfreundlichem Ostseestrand oder auch Greifswald/Wiek. Auf der Peene lassen sich zudem Kanutouren mit Badevergnügen verbinden. Ein wunderschöner Ort für Sonnen- und Regentage in Vorpommern!

Wundervoll!
Wir (4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder (5-10) verlebten eine wunderbare entspannte Woche im Gutsverwalterhaus Wahlendow in ruhiger Umgebung in herrlicher Natur. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt in diesem tollen Haus, das liebevoll und geschmackvoll restauriert und eingerichtet wurde. Es fehlt nichts, auch Spiele und eine umfassende Bibliothek sind vorhanden. Ob am Kamin, im großen Esszimmer oder im riesigen Garten, wir haben alles sehr genossen. In der oberen Etage gibt es eine Spielempore, die die Kinder direkt in Beschlag genommen haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
