The beach chair in the garden and the lake on the doorstep are just two highlights of this friendly furnished holiday apartment for three people. Say goodbye to stress and hectic and look forward to undisturbed holidays in idyllic surroundings. A few kilometers south of Wolgast you finally have time for all the things that are neglected in everyday life: On warm days you can set the breakfast table on the terrace. If you don't want to go on an excursion later, read an exciting book in a beach chair or row a little out onto the lake. In the evening, the grill is ideal for a casual barbecue. A few steps separate you from the lake with bathing area and rowing boat. After a short drive you can reach the beaches of Usedom.

The region south-west of the backwaters and the Peenestrom is characterized by wide meadows, fields, moors and forests. The small municipality of Zemitz, not far from Greifswald, is an ideal starting point due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. You will find good shopping facilities and everything for your daily needs in Wolgast (nine kilometers).

Activities nearby: At Wolgast (about nine kilometers) you cross the Peenestrom and shortly afterwards you are on Usedom. Drive to Zinnowitz, Zemplin or Karlshagen on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach or visit the three imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin (about 40 kilometers). In Greifswald, about 30 kilometers away, Germany's largest museum harbor and its own sailing training ship invite you to maritime experiences. From the port it is only a few steps to the old town, which is ideal for a leisurely stroll. Treat yourself to a fresh fish sandwich in between.
