Idyllic wooden house in the countryside with a rowing boat for common use and a jetty on a 3000 m² shared plot, just 30 m from the lake. How about a cozy barbecue evening on your terrace to end the day? During the day you can also relax in the beach chair and browse through an exciting book. You can take interesting boat trips on the high seas by rowing boat, because in the middle of the Pomeranian Bay, so many impressive natural spectacles and activities are waiting to be discovered. The region southwest of the Achterwasser and the river Peene is characterized by extensive meadows, fields, moors and forests. The small community of Zemitz, not far from Greifswald, is an ideal starting point due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. In Wolgast (nine kilometers) you will find good shopping facilities and everything for your daily needs.

Activities nearby: Visit the historically preserved Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the romantic city harbor with its carefully restored traditional ships, or spend the day with your family in Ueckermünde. The lagoon town on the Szczecin Lagoon is one of the particularly attractive towns in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. If you prefer to do your activities a little more quietly, the best way to explore the popular region is with an extensive bike tour. The proximity to the Stettiner Haff nature reserve provides exciting natural spectacles and impresses not only nature lovers

A lovely wooden house with all the essentials, The highlight was definitely the outdoor terrace where we had our morning coffee, The kids had a blast playing in the garden—definitely a family-friendly spot!

Beautiful wooden house, spacious and comfortable, Everything you need is here, plus a rowboat for fun on the lake, I really enjoyed exploring the area and the nearby towns, The only downside was limited access for people with reduced mobility, but if you are able-bodied, you will love it!

What a peaceful escape! The wooden house has a charming rustic atmosphere, and the proximity to the lake made it perfect for morning paddling. We loved ending our evenings with a barbecue on the terrace - so relaxing!
