Location: The flat is in a prime location and was newly renovated in 2013. The furnishings, which were also substantially renewed in 2013, are exclusive and very cosy. The centre of the living room is a high-quality fireplace (electric). A spiral staircase leads to the second level. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. A bicycle rental service is located in the immediate vicinity.

Expected something better for the price and description.
The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach vacation. However, we were greeted very unfriendly, the apartment was not clean, and some kitchen essentials were missing. The attic is extremely cluttered with various old furniture, and the upper bathroom lacks even a towel hook. The clothes drying rack was falling apart. Overall, the living and dining area were okay, but many things just didn't suit us.

Experienced a wonderful time in Salzburg.
The three of us - two adults with a dog - felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The living room is very bright and nicely furnished. Our bedroom facing the garden is completely quiet. I especially enjoyed working in the cozy attic at the desk. I could also enjoy the sun on the balcony until early afternoon, even in February! In the bathroom, there is a large mirrored cabinet with plenty of storage space. Another plus: the apartment has two toilets. And the location of the apartment is great: you are quickly in the town center, quickly at the Edeka supermarket, and also at the beach as well as at the lagoon. I had very good contact with the landlady, she was always available and very accommodating. Thank you very much for that!

Holiday with a dog
We were in this vacation rental for the first time and at the Baltic Sea in general, and we really liked it. We didn't miss anything. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything was available for self-catering. The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The town center, the beautiful Bodden, and just a few hundred meters away, the sea revealed itself behind the dunes. Simply fantastic. We had friendly communication with the landlady, Mrs. Heßler, and the on-site manager was also very nice. We felt warmly welcomed with our dog and would love to come back.
