Modern and invitingly furnished holiday home located in the quiet district of Bansin. Equipped with WiFi and a great terrace that faces south and promises lots of sun in every season. The holiday home offers plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday for the whole family, big or small. On colder days, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and also a sauna. The highlight of the well-kept 800 m² property is the shared 40 m² outdoor pool. Enjoy the quiet location on Lake Gothensee and benefit from the proximity to the 3 famous imperial baths and the great Baltic Sea beach. From here to Ahlbeck, the beautifully designed long promenade stretches with villas of spa architecture that are well worth seeing. There are piers and daily excursion boats in all directions. However, the untouchedness of the Achterland with its forest and lake begins just a few meters behind the beach promenade. A perfect starting point to combine a beach holiday and the joys of nature. A note for our guests: If necessary, the laundry package must be booked in advance for a fee.

Activities nearby: With the Baltic Sea on one side and Schloonsee on the other, waterfront walks are at the top of your list of leisure activities. Stroll along the longest beach promenade in Europe from Bansin to Świnoujście (12 km in total). Discover the sunny island with the Usedomer Bäderbahn from Peenemünde to Swinemünde. If you are looking for a lot of peace and quiet, you will find it on the Lieper Winkel peninsula. A paradise for nature lovers, anglers, hikers and bicycle tourists. Our tip for romantics: Marvel at the sunset on the steep banks of the Peene near Quilitz.

A beautiful retreat! The house was spacious and cozy, with a nice fireplace that made our evenings special. The proximity to the Baltic Sea beach was a great advantage for daily walks and picnics. Highly recommended for families!

Simply fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was a nice gesture. The location by Lake Gothensee is quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area.

Spacious and comfortable! We stayed there with friends, and it was great to have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare our meals. Very convenient for accessing the beach too.
