Activities nearby: Vieregge, a tranquil little fishing village, lies directly on the Breetzer Bodden lagoon in the northwest of the island of Rügen. It is part of a chain of lagoons within the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Here, thousands of cranes rest in autumn, creating a spectacular natural phenomenon. The lagoon is an ideal area for all kinds of water sports and is also highly valued by anglers. Just a few kilometers from Vieregge is the Schaabe, a 12-kilometer-long spit of land, whose fine sand makes it one of Rügen's most beautiful beaches. Opposite Vieregge lies the island of Hiddensee, which can be reached by ferry from Schaprode. The island's famous sights, such as the chalk cliffs, Granitz Hunting Lodge, and the white town of Putbus, can be reached by car in less than 45 minutes.

A very beautiful and clean holiday home

The location is ideal for outdoor activities! We enjoyed kayaking in the Breetzer Bodden and hiked in the nearby national park. The cabin itself was very comfortable, and we felt well taken care of by the hosts.

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was spacious, with a great layout for our group. The terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. The only downside was the weather, but we made the best of it!
