"Quiet, family-friendly residence only 300 m from the Boltenhagener beach and the idyllic lagoon meadows. The residence with its 4 apartment houses is only a few steps away from shops for daily needs, restaurants, cafes, the spa park and spa house. The 3 km long sandy beach is very suitable for families with small children, as it is flat and harmless far into the sea. Highlights included: All usage-based energy costs and final cleaning Activities nearby: The ""guest house"" is in the immediate vicinity . Excursion boats head for the island of Poel, Wismar and various places on the Schleswig-Holstein coast from the pier in Boltenhagen. In the Butterfly Park Klütz you can marvel at 140 different species of tropical butterflies. Due to the large free-flight hall with the lush tropical flora, a visit is independent of the weather.
