New design in 2025 of the terrace with Mediterranean, high-quality natural tiles and stones! !
The safety, relaxation, and health of my guests are very important to me. For this reason, there are now two carbon monoxide detectors and two smoke detectors in this holiday home. Contactless check-in and check-out also protect my guests!
Be my guest in the beautiful holiday home in the middle of Bad Bertrich between the Volcanic Eifel and the Moselle. The house was extensively renovated until 2017 and again in 2023, and after my purchase, it was changed with many new furnishings.
On the ground floor, you enter a large dressing room through the hallway, followed by a bedroom. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet, which houses the heating system and the washing machine with detergents. Via the easily accessible wooden staircase, you reach the upper floor, the cozy living area, the kitchen with dining table and chairs, the bathroom with a round shower, washbasin and toilet, and, not to forget, the large balcony, which is equipped with a beautiful seating lounge and offers a view of the lovely village center and an equally beautiful panoramic view. Next to the house entrance is also my covered outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy peace and privacy out of sight from the street. Would you like a cozy and delicious barbecue evening? No problem, just use the available charcoal grill.
If you would like to explore the area by bicycle, you can store your bikes safely and securely in the basement room. The entire house is equipped with insect screens except for the two skylights, and you can leave the balcony door open without worry; a curtain with a magnetic closure should keep the insects outside.
A large standing fan will help you during higher temperatures. The lower area is always wonderfully cool.
With the contactless handover, you are flexible with arrival and departure; a key safe will provide you with the keys. The exclusive use of our holiday home offers you the greatest possible protection and unrestricted privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
You will find our holiday home in the idyllic Üßbachtal, between the Moselle and the Volcanic Eifel, in the centre of Bad Bertrich. This small spa town is a gem of relaxation and recreation. The house was built directly on an impressive, rustic rock massif which shows the explosive past of the nine volcanoes that were active years ago.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 21 days before the arrival date.
For a cancellation up to 3 weeks before, 20% of the booking amount will be charged. For a cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the booking amount will be charged, up to 1 week before the start of the trip, 40% will be charged, and for a last-minute cancellation (less than 1 week), 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

Bad Bertrich is a very beautiful and quiet place where nature, wellness, very good restaurants and cafés are a guarantee for a successful stay. Long and short hiking trails with numerous park benches for resting, Römerkessel park, historic buildings, tourist information, bakery, butcher, small supermarket, post office, Vulkaneifel Therme, medical care, spa clinics and much more are available.

Visiting Bad Bertrich
Dear Patricia,
thank you very much for allowing us to be guests in your lovingly and fully equipped house.
We felt very comfortable.
The communication was always uncomplicated and warm.
A very special highlight for us was the church, which rings its bells daily on the mountain above the house. Those who enjoy church bell ringing will get their money's worth here (don't worry, they don't ring so loudly that you jump out of bed in fright in the morning).
Speaking of "bed": It was a bit small for us, but we are both actually around 1.80 m tall. But that was not a problem, because on the upper floor there is a cozy sofa bed, which one can use in that case. Everything is very cozy and well-kept, inviting you to linger in the small, cozy kitchen or on the terrace or balcony.
Bad Bertrich itself is a small, tranquil spa town where time seems to have charmingly stood still. One can sense the spirit of the old spa heyday, and you can certainly spend a morning or afternoon just exploring this little, dreamy place.
We would love to come back.

Feel completely comfortable
