The price-performance ratio was not realistic, the beds had ancient mattresses, you could feel every spring on your back, we got up every morning with back pain, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, the couch was already worn out and you also noticed the spring core when sitting, the landlord was very nice and proud of his apartment, for the price paid one could have expected something else,
