View of the dike and over the meadows: the apartment, completed in spring 2019, has all the comforts for a perfect North Sea holiday. The light-flooded living-dining room with modern kitchen is ideal for relaxing, for fun game evenings and for enjoying your favorite dishes. Books and games are available, but you only have to provide your own food. The small garden with its own spacious terrace is ideal for enjoying the sun and the fresh North Sea air. There is also a stone grill available here. The modern box spring bed in the master bedroom ensures restful nights, and in the second bedroom you can turn the single bed into a bed with a width of 1.60 m in just a few steps. Here you will forget everyday life!
Activities nearby: Neßmersiel is a good starting point for many holiday activities, as it is located right in the middle of East Frisia. Whether excursions on foot, by bike, ferry or car, you can explore the beautiful area in all directions and discover a lot. Ideal for families with children: the Sturmfrei indoor playground is just 300 meters away

We had such a great time at the Ferienhaus mit Garten! The apartment was bright and modern, just as described, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking up meals, and the little garden was perfect for soaking up the sun, I really appreciated how comfortable the box spring bed was—slept like a baby! Plus, it’s in a great location to explore East Frisia

Clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, the box spring bed was divine! We had no problems during our stay, just a lot of relaxation and good times with family.

The proximity to tourist attractions, such as Hafen Bensersiel, made our stay even better. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the cozy home was exactly what we needed. We will gladly return!
